Coming from the US, I stayed at the Ananti Hilton Busan with my spouse for 3 nights at the start of a trip to Korea. The hotel was gorgeous... both in terms of design and construction, and in its setting. The design and architecture were jaw-dropping everywhere we looked. The setting is right on a rocky shoreline to which you have direct access. The "Ananti Cove" area is cute and engaging, with little shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms themselves were phenomenal - a huge bed, beautifully appointed bathroom with double-sinks, a walk-in shower, full standalone tub, and separate closet area, and even a nice entryway into the room to leave shoes and jackets. The amenities at the hotel were world-class: the 2-story gym and spa areas were truly fantastic. Watching the sunrise while working out in the gym was an experience I will never forget! Likewise, watching the stars and ocean waves from the rooftop infinity pool and hot tubs at night was a special, vacation-defining experience.
We didn't eat much around the hotel or Ananti Cove, aside from buffet breakfast one day. The food was good with a broad selection of options. The restaurants in Ananti Cove looked good, but also looked overpriced.
The only downside of this hotel, which other travelers have mentioned, is that it is quite far removed from Busan. This is somewhat a blessing in that it is isolated, thus retaining its resort-like charm... but, it also means that you will take a cab everywhere, typically paying about 15-25,000 won per trip. In 3 days staying at the Hilton Ananti Busan, we spent more on cab rides than we did for 2 people to take public transportation around Seoul in 2 weeks. So, be warned that it is not the best location for those who are looking to be out-and-about, exploring the city. It is, however, a phenomenal destination hotel and community for those looking for a resort-like experience, 5-star rooms, and unparalleled amenities.

Excellent service all around. Upon our arrival we were informed by one of the staff that since I was a Diamond member, I could check in at Executive Lounge. WOW, what a convenience! Immediately, the Executive Lounge reception staff member (Bora) took the reigns and insured everything was taken care of in a professional manner. A true professional in the hospitality field. The room was perfect yielding a breathtaking ocean view from the bedroom balcony. One of the Best Executive Lounges that I utilized when it came to evening social hour food and drinks, Their was a variety of high quality food and beverages, which included a choice selection of wines and spirits. Only one word can describe the breakfast buffet "Superb" Attentive waiters and a vast selections of perfectly prepared foods. This Hilton is by far the best Hilton that I have stayed at and truly outshines all of it's competitors in Busan City. Highly recommended!

This was a great hotel, it truly made you feel as if the location was outside Korea because of the view and the surrounding landscapes.
Room was spacious (executive ocean view) and the bed was huge. Without exaggeration, about 4 adults could easily slept together next to each other. However something about the room made it feel old - maybe it was the interior color or the floor i don't know.
Staff were mostly friendly, but the front desk people should be a bit more welcoming to the people checking in to be honest.
Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

안녕하세요. 이번 스테이에 제가 느낀 점들을 몇 자 적어보고자 합니다. 부디 이 피드백이 귀사의 무궁한 발전에 도움이 되길 바랍니다.
All of my experiences in Hilton were awful before I visited Hilton Busan this time.
Making my reservation, I had informed hotel that It would be my honeymoon trip and first time to stay at Hilton Busan. The operator was quite friendly and until she said she would inform their front office team, it was just nice. However, things had been changed when they checked me in. A male staff who was working at the front office did not notice that it was our honeymoon trip and even my tier of Hhonors was Gold. Originally I had booked ‘executive room with ocean view’, and I asked him if we could get a room upgrade and what I could have as a gold member. Then he said suite room which is in right next level of ‘executive room with ocean view’, my original booking, had been fully occupied and not available at all. What he informed me more was that he could provide us a small piece of cake for our honeymoon celebration. The more I thought about what he talked to me, it had been quite ridiculous. If the hotel could not accord us a suite room due to full occupancy, I could totally understand the situation, but Hilton application was still showing me that there was a suite room available to book via ‘Best Available Rate’.
As I thought this rather absurd situation is in need of change, I went down to executive lounge and asked them about suite room situation. Then they said that, we could upgrade our room to suite but it would be chargeable because suite rooms were still available which meant not fully booked situation. Who should have I listened to!? Two hours later than this happened to us, they called & told me that we could move to a suite room for free of charge. What were they doing with this? I thought Hilton is worldwide 5stars hotel brand and there were standard procedures and proper manuals. I also did not want to write this review badly, but things need to be changed seriously. I hope Hilton Busan adopt all of this kind of opinions so could develop to be suitable for 5stars hotel. Thanks a lot.
Oh, I would’ve forgotten to tell you that I had the best omelet ever and the guy who was working at McQueens pool desk was really nice. He explained very well how to enjoy swimming at 10th floor. Unfortunately, all I would like to compliment are these two things only.

This luxury resort hotel near Busan is tremendously stylish and has all the amenities one can expect from a five-star experience. The Ground Floor corridors in particular are stunning to look at; and it is positioned in a small retail/dining village about half an hour from Central Busan by taxi. It misses out on a star partly because it is ever so slightly knocked about in places, and needs a bit if a makeover; and also there was no fresh fruit at breakfast (at least as far as I could see). Also, be warned: the taxi ride from Busan Airport takes an hour and in my case cost KRW 75000 (about £75). The ride to downtown is much cheaper - about KRW 30000 - but you sometimes have to wait a few minutes for taxis at the hotel. This is not a problem, but travellers should be aware it can happen.

I really enjoyed my first staying at Hilton Busan and it was a pleasure to celebrate my mum’s 61st birthday.
All staffs I met working in front office, executive lounge, housekeeping team, room dining, McQueens club, chefs and servers from breakfast area are helpful and nice 😊
I would like to mention one of staffs among them whose name is Mr. MYUNG HOON JUNG from concierge was very welcoming and courteous.
As well as the lady I met right before checking out from housekeeping was very dedicated and professional. Theses two people made my first and last impression of Hilton Busan superb😊😊
Thank you for satisfying my first staying at Hilton Busan and hope to see you again.

Sincerely
Juhye Shim

Great service, friendly staff and beautiful location to unwind. We love coming to Hilton for our annual getaway without kids. The ocean view rooms are beautiful. Plenty to explore around the hotel and on the premises.
My husband is active duty with tattoos and we have never been treated with disrespect. Nowadays you see some young guys with tattoos in the pool also. I’m sorry for the couple with bad experience.
You will see lots of kids around. We come here alone so that we get to enjoy the executive lounge, kids under 13 years old are not allowed.
We truly enjoyed the staff kindness and hospitality.
Mr Damien and Miss Pyoyoonmi at the check in desk, Mr Jake Lee at the breakfast service and Miss Dana Kim at the McQueen’s Bar.
Thank you & see you next year!
Please let us know if you add child sitting services ( extra cost) for kids so we can bring our kids next time and enjoy the executive lounge 😊

Beautiful property with excellent facilities and service.

The room was very spacious and nicely laid out, with a living room, large bathroom, and balcony. And the bedding was very comfortable. We had a great sea view and it was perfect for watching the sunrise. There were just a few small details in the room that could be improved - e.g., some of the doors in the room didn't close all the way and air conditioning wasn't available in November (we were provided a fan instead).

As Hilton diamond, we had access to the buffet breakfast, executive lounge, pool and bath facilities. The breakfast was high quality with ample selection and both the breakfast area and lounge provide sea views. We also enjoyed the bath facilities, though please note that this is a traditional communal bath.

There is a gorgeous cafe on the 10th floor as well as a lovely complex of shops and restaurants in front. The Water House (separate fee, though you can get 50% off if staying at Hilton) provides indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. The outdoor infinity pool was warm and great to enjoy in cooler temperatures.

We stayed here after a few nights staying in Haeundae to explore the city, and even though the Ananti isn't that far away, it felt like a proper getaway. Would definitely visit again.

The Hilton Busan is located next to the beach, they have the infinity pool that has a view of the sea and indoor pool as well. The wedding Hall has an amazing view of the sea which being booked almost all year round. The cafe and restaurant give you a world top quality and services. There is also a mini library/ book store for those that craving for more (this library have many sections and giving us a vibe of starfield library in COEX, Seoul). The in house guest and outsider customer can enjoy the theme decorations that Hilton Busan offers.

Hilton Busan is located outside of the busy city area, so it's perfect if you're looking for a quiet weekend getaway. I stayed here after my wedding a while ago and yes, it was expensive, but I loved every bit of my stay! The staff were super helpful, it was clean everywhere I looked, the view was just breathtaking. One thing I really wished they'd offer, was complimentary outdoor hot tub. :) Since I stayed there in January, outdoor hot tub sounded (and still does) a-ma-zing, but they charged extra for that.
I'd definitely willing to return to this place for a special occasion. 🌹
