This hotel provides amazing views and it is a very new and comfortable hotel. It was actually better then we expected - very clean, lovely surroundings and the staff were just so professional . The service was Ana I g and so were the restaurants and bars.

I want to commend Ann the manager of the 3rd floor buffet restaurant! She was so professional and provided real customised service during a storm ! We had only 40
minutes for lunch till closing time and yet she ensured we had all we needed. Her team were friendly and accommodating - a great leader !

We enjoyed our stay in Busan, everyone is so friendly but this hotel really provides great views comfort, elegance at a great price ! Plus the service from the chamber maids , restaurant staff to the reception staff were impeccable! Even the convenience store located on the premise had great staff!

Epitome of great service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Read good reviews and decided to stay at this hotel. It is located near subway and bus stop which will require a few hundred metres on foot to walk. Room has good view though the room is not well maintained. If you emphasize on location and convenience, this may not be the place as there are many options that are more convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights whilst touring around South Korea. The price was fair. The hotel is convenient for arriving by train- not too far. The building is very impressive, the area around is quite rough but you only need to cross the bridge and you are in a better area. We arrived very early and wasn’t able to check in until much later but we were able to store our luggage. We had 2 rooms which were very spacious with stunning floor to ceiling views. There is a kettle but no spoons, creamer or tea. The bathroom was small but adequate. Everything was clean. Breakfast was not too good- did not match the photos we saw which was disappointing as we were looking forward to a good breakfast and there was not much alternatives nearby. The dinner we had at the hotel was outstanding however, I highly recommend. The cafe on the top floor was pleasant also but the roof terrace was quite useless- no facilities really but stunning views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is useful for visiting the fish market, the lotte department store and the fashion street.

Our room on the 26th floor has a fantastic view. It’s a local hotel so the staff’s English fluency is mediocre.
The room was spacious but the bathroom is a bit small.
It’s next to the docks and the older part of town so it’s easy access to Jagalchi fish market, a 5 minute cab ride away. If you value peace and quiet, this is not a bad spot to be but however, there are no eateries nearby. On our last night, we wanted an early dinner and the hotel restaurant was closed. The only food available was from the convenience store next door. The front desk staff suggested we order fried chicken but we ran out of cash so it wasn’t feasible. Perhaps the reason why the hotel is value for money because it’s far from the maddening crowd. It’s not for me as I prefer a bit more city life at my doorstep.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Beautiful views from the rooms, cafe and rooftop. Very Instagrammable hotel.

I stayed in the nicest suites — wrap around view with balcony has amazing views and also the jacuzzi room. Both are very nice and recommended.

Special shout-out to marketing director Minji for everything. She’s a great person and made our stay very wonderful.

Thoroughly enjoyed the King suite. It had a wonderful view and a terrific bathroom with a great shower and bathtub for my wife. I would have given this a higher review if the breakfast was at all tolerable. It’s not. Don’t bother with the breakfast. They were able to keep our luggage before the room was ready and they held the luggage after check out so that we could spend more time exploring the city which was terrific. I recommend

I was very very impressed with our room. It was clean, comfortable and luxurious. The view was really nice and the staff were really helpful.

The location is a tad far from some of the action but we found taxis to be pretty cheap so it all worked out. I really like our stay, would recommend.

Fairly new hotel in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Busan, apparently to bring new life there. Great views over the port and several bridges, especially spectacular at night from the roof-top terrace.
Unfortunately, terrace can only be visited when consuming drink from the bar. And the bar is extremely expensive, even for coffee or local beer.

Probably the best views of Busan from any hotel in the region. Excellent hotel, great location with stunning views (harbour side). Lotte department store is just across the bridge, so is Busan Tower, and one of the biggest markets in Busan.

We stayed here in December. It has a great view of the bay and city you could enjoy from the rooftop or top floor cafe. You can get pretty much 360 views from the rooftop, great for viewing sunrises. The cafe on the top floor was great! It's a beautiful hotel and all we needed during our stay. There is a convenience store located right next to it, so it was great for grabbing drinks and snacks after a long day or touristing. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Jugalchi fish market and near a Lotte department store. About a 5 minute ride by taxi to the train station. The sauna was still closed as of early Dec 2022. It's not in the most central location, but Busan is small enough it wasn't really an issue. I think the views are worth it!
