Location was super great, only few blocks to the beach, and less than 10 minutes on foot to the subway station. Convenience stores, shops, local restaurants, and even a traditional market were just corners away. Staff was friendly while room was big enough and clean.

Hotel is located near Haeundae beach, just few walks to the beach/Haeundae market with many seafood restaurants. It also takes 5 mins walk to Haeundae subway station Exit 5/7 - popular pick up point if you join one-day tour from Klook/Kkday. Room is clean, quick check in, comfortable beds. Nice place to stay and recommended to everyone stay in Busan.

Best Western Haeundae Hotel is very easy to come from Busan airport. Hotel area is safe & a lot of restaurant,7-11 store, Burger king , Starbuck coffee etc..Nice place and recommended to everyone. if i have some chance and will return to stay again.

Best Location, directly opp Haeundae Traditional mkt for good street food, near the beach, easy access to the train station. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are huge & clean with great sea views. Ask for highest floor possible for better view.

3.5 ( it would have been a 4.5 if I hadn’t had to change to rooms). Location: centrally located in Haeundae. My opinion of Busan is that everything seems an hour away, so I opted for a hotel close to the beach with a nice walking promenade( funny enough it rained non stop for the 3 days I was there). The hotel: standard best western 3 star hotel when it comes to services and rooms. Sometimes just knowing what to expect it’s comforting. Rooms: so my first room ( and the one I add the pictures for), was a corner queen bed room. The room has a good size, was clean, standard Bestwestern fourniture. 2 things to improve were that although being super careful, water spilled out after my shower for the lack of a longer crystal on the bath and secondly not having a safe in the room ( I know this is Korea, but still…). The night I arrived I decided to extend my stay one extra night ( I was booked in another hotel, whose last reviews weren’t very promising). They didn’t have the same category of room available, so I moved to a twin bed room, which was tiny (paying a 30%more). I mean, I am traveling alone and I already thought that it was too small for one person. Truth be told I spent longer than I usually do in the room due to the horrible weather, and that could be a factor as to why the room size got to me.…

Exceptional location very near beach & bus/metro stop/station. Partial ocean view was nice, and the room itself was quite a bit more spacious than I was expecting. Very affordable, especially comparatively. What made it an outstanding stay was the courtesy & helpfulness of the front desk staff. At one point my husband left his custom made hat on the bus as we were returning from an outing. He asked the front desk as to how to contact the bus line. They called for him, got transferred a couple of times, and finally found out that it had been turned in. They arranged for it to be held for us, and we were able to go pick it up. Wonderful service. Above & beyond. Thank you to the staff!

Very accessible hotel to train / bus station and the beach. Chose a partly sea facing unit and requested for bedding configuration - all met. Across the road from local market which is fast becoming a tourist trap when they are redeveloped. Staff provided information when asked, even before I confirmed the booking. As I requested not to make up my room, a new set of towels, drinks were left outside my room without having to ask. Will stay again.

The hotel has a fantastic location on the main street, right by the beach. We had a ‘partial sea view’ room but the view was great. I would say it’s a pretty basic hotel, but for the price we were pleased. It was clean and had everything you would need.

I booked a deluxe city view double room and it was a corner room. The room is clean and spacious. There are many eateries near the Hotel and Haeundae Night Market is opposite the Hotel. Haeundae Beach is a short walk from the Hotel. Location is Excellent.
