Arrived at 5pm for check in. Free parking was a bonus, just drive your car to the underground parking area and leave your car key to the friendly attendant. Checking in took 5mins and took our bags to the room. Room was fully equipped and decently sized at 26m2, clean, comfy bed and pillow, international electric socket, etc.Wifi was fast and stable. If u need anything there is a 7-Eleven at the lobby. Definitely a nice stay.

As being near the ocean wasn’t that important to me and as Ramada Jeju City Hall had one of the better rates for a chain hotel in Jeju, I spent the second half of my Jeju trip here. The connection to the airport and bus terminal is great with frequent buses. The area is quite busy though, so it definitely doesn’t have any holiday vibes that an oceanfront property would have. The hotel doesn’t really have any character but has comfortable enough room that didn’t really lack anything. The walls were pretty thin though as I clearly heard everything from both of the adjacent rooms. It was the low season, but for some reason they packed everyone on the same floor which was a bit annoying. Most touristy restaurants and sights will be a decent bus ride away but it was perfectly fine as a base.

You get what you paid for. The prices are very good in terms of the location. The room itself is clean and well appointed. Housekeeping did a great job each day while we stayed for 3 nights. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel with multiple lines. Several restaurants and a 711 right next to the lobby.
We did, however, encountered several issues:
1. Came to check in at about 1:40. The front desk staff insisted that we would need to pay an early fee for checking in 20 minutes early. Have never experienced anything like this. I can understand a fee for checking in during the morning. But only 20 minutes early and you have plenty rooms vacant?
2. We were assigned a floor facing the main street on the 3rd floor, even though we specifically requested a quiet room in the reservation notes. Not sure if they assign rooms based on where you booked your reservation or the passports you used to check in. Again we stayed when the hotel was fairly empty.
3. During check out, asked if we could store our bags at the front desk. The lady just pointed to a cart in the corner of the lobby. No tags to put in the bag, no storage rooms, and no explanations.

There are many choices when travelling to Jeju. I won't be back.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. They offer nice and clean rooms, our was with the city view. The staff is coureous and helpful. They also arrange taxis at short notice for Jeju excursion and try their level best to provide information.
Food at the restaurant mostly caters to Korean taste though there are other options as well.
There is a convenience store in the vicinity of the hotel and coffee shops such as Holly and Mega Coffee alongwith KFC and McDonalds are in close proximity.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Jeju City. McDonald, Starbucks, other nice local and franchise restaurants are nearby. My tip here is to try local restaurants near the government offices. Many interesting touristy places such as Folk Museum, Dongmun Market, and Samseonghyeol Shrine are also not too far. Beach is somewhat off the hotel: it takes about an hour with public transportation except for the time to wait.

The hotel itself was clean. Room was a bit small for a family of four but okay, with many TV channels and good water pressure. Rooftop pool was seasonal and was open as a little garden (we could not stay long because of weather). Breakfast was plain and somewhat mediocre, although I cannot complain considering the price. Overall, I find the experience quite positive with a good value.

Check in / out were smooth. Comes with valet parking. Location is generally good. Has a convenience store right outside which was great for us. Room has 1 double and 1 single bed.

Check in staffs generally lack enthusiasm. They addressed our queries but offered nothing more. Even with masks on, I could see their nonchalant responses, like they rather be somewhere else. Room is quite small and hardly has enough space for 2 mid size luggages. They did not provide floor mat for the bathroom so it got wet after shower which can be dangerous.

This hotel is more in the business area rather than tourist area so the staff are not equipped to help tourists as well as expected. Probably better to stay in the Ramada by the waterfront. The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable and well appointed.

I stayed at the Ramada Jeju City with my family of four. The hotel was easy to find, very clean, and had convenient and free parking. The cost of the hotel was reasonably priced. There was plenty of places to eat nearby after we checked in.

Such a nice hotel with good location! Great place to visit the end of the year. Good people at reception, clean rooms, city view with little bit of seaside. Has convenience store that could be used for urgent needs.
