This has all the trappings of 5 star hotel but it soon goes awry. The owners obviously spent a bomb on it with all the marble and artwork and cutting edge design however if the rest is average it reflects on the whole experience. The rooms were smart at first appearance but the floors were dirty and black hairs everywhere.... More

Stayed here with my spouse and son. This is a relatively expensive, 4-star hotel in the new part of Jeju City (Shin Jeju). We were on holiday and stayed 3 nights, visiting some of the main sights on the northern parts of Jeju (Mangjanggul lava tube, Hallim Park and the beaches nearby, Hallasan). Jeju attractions are quite spread out, and... More

We had a great 3 night stay at the hotel. The room condition is excellent, the decoration tasteful & the hotel is located in the heart of the city area (convenient access to the airport, but no aeroplane noise). However, the front desk can only provide very basic english - but, as expected, english language seems to be very limited... More

Although I stayed at this hotel, and wrote a nice review on my first visit, the manager at this hotel might have changed or suddenly became extremely arrogant and unfriendly. I had a problem with my reservation, and he was unable to help me, although I was the first to write a good review and was very polite when asked... More

2 nights here, fully prepaid costs over 600 USD mid may. Only because fridays and saturdays are tredemously crowded on Jeju island, so skyrockets the price during the weekends. We like : - Super modern design, that impresses from the lobby. After that, the room itself is modern but not as edge, as reports one fellow traveller before. Large and... More

Ignore the comments about hard beds and wrong location etc but do remember to bring your own toiletries or prepare yourself for a 5000 won surcharge!! The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were good although the staff were a bit dozy. We had to ask them to replenish things. We found the location good, there is a side... More

The stay experience at hotel was nothing but great. After our disappointing stay at the previous place before coming to Jeju, this hotel offered much more comfort. The breakfast spread is good, rooms are big and clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are big. Please bring your own toiletries as the hotel charges 5000 won for the set due to some... More

I booked this hotel after reading the trip advisor comments even though I was uneasy that they only have so few reviews and all of them seems exceedingly positive. After staying in the hotel for 5 days in Aug 2012, I feel compelled to offer my view. This hotel has amenities all around it - restaurants, shops, convenience store, coffee... More

Very chic with high ceilings and marble decor. On one hand, it is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was exceptional with choice of full continental or Korean options. Staff were very helpful. However lam of Internet in the rooms was a bit inconvenient and the gym and swimming pool were under reconstruction at the time. We hired a car... More
