This is an old hotel. When we were here last year for a convention, we had a nice room, although we got the backpackers rate (no breakfast), as we had no time for breakfast that time. This year, we got a smaller room. We did request that our room should be adjacent to our kids' room. The tv, phone, and...

The room is basic but comfortable. With its price, the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and location is unbelievably good. It's definitely with a stay if you're stopping by HsinChu. It's within walking distance to some good restaurants, shops, train station and a department store. The hotel also provides free parking in the basement but sometimes it get full and you have...

The Howard Plaza is a nice hotel with a pool, workout facility, breakfast included and a Tasty restaurant on the property. Parking is limited and if you drive a large vehicle, you will probably need to park off site, for which the hotel will reimburse you if you use their designated lot. The rooms are nice, slightly dated, but clean...

I stayed this hotel via the cycling tour of Taiwan, it's a average hotel that offered nice room and cool air-condition. Location is not so close to public transportation (Railway & Bus Station), we have to spend 10 mins walking to station or the famous tourist spot: Chenghuang Temple Market, but this distance is acceptable for me. The road condition...

The hotel is well situated in Hsinchu (the older part of the city) allowing to walk to restaurants for diner. Rooms are both spacey and well kept. A pool and a fitness room are available for exercising. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of choice.

The hotel is located on top of a shopping centre, there is a reasonable sized car park in the basement. The rooms are fairly large, our room was the largest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Taiwan although a bit dated. The hotel is centrally located with most of the town centre attractions and restaurants within easy...

Location is good and the rooms are ok if you expect an older 4* hotel. To European standard the breakfast is not good; do not expect nice bread, cold cuts, cheese or orange juice (lemonade instead). The hotel is just a bit older with dark rooms, smelly carpet and slow elevators. Would probably not stay again.

Stayed for a week for business trip. The stuff is friendly and English speaking. The room was big and clean. The bed was king size and very comfortable. Good air conditioning. The bathroom is huge and comfortable, includes separated bath and shower. They put two 0.5 l mineral water bottles and fresh fruits every day. The buffet breakfast is good,...

Stayed for a night on business trip. Room was big and comfy. Clean and nicely done. Bathroom was good for the rate. Quite a lot of shops atound for daily needs and food. Breakfast spread was ok. The lobby needs a bit doing over but other than that will stay again.
