The Beauty Inn , or Beauty Stay Inn, is accommodated over the first two floors of a residential building (not unusual for this part of the world), close to the interesting parts of town. The decor is good, the rooms quiet, bed comfortable, the sheets ones I'd even like to take home with me! Excellent complimentary toiletries, cookies and tea... More

Room is a good size, bed not super hard, big bathroom, tea and coffee and free cookies and snacks available in lobby and friendly. Would recommend! We ate at akuan hotpot next door, suggest ordering the beef set for 230nt which is 10aud and you get individual hotpot with beef vegetables platter soup noodles and dessert. Pretty good. This is a decent small hotel not far from the city center and close to the river. The rooms are clean, but simple with a small bathroom. The service staff is great and they are very helpful. The breakfast is not good and we just ate some toast with marmalade there in the end. Overall a good hotel, if you... More

Like to stay this hotel in this peace city. They service was great and really polite. Room look good simple and big. TV not to many channels and most of them spoke chinese language. Food was bad and they local food taste terrible. Fun to went around the city with hotel bicycles borrowed. I might go come here again. :)

Nice and quiet hotel with good rates. Conveniently located near the train station and at 10min walk from the busy city center. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. No elevator but rooms are on the 2nd floor and there's a lift for luggages. Recommended ;-)

This hotel met our needs. It is a smaller hotel - there is no lift for people. However there is one for luggage which means you don't have to carry it up the stairs. Staff are very friendly. Room is modern, nice, large & clean with a good bed and decor. Bathroom is a good size too & overall very... More

Location - great. Next to the river, and path to walk along river. 15-20 minutes walk (with luggage) from Hualien railway station. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly. Some staff speak English. Always smiling. Room (superior double) - large, spacious, clean. Except that the layout was not all too practical, but nothing that inconvenienced. Enough space for some closet space... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for our visit to Taroko Gorge. The 1st lady staff, Vivi, we encountered was polite, courteous and welcoming. She efficiently checked us in and invited us to have an afternoon tea and coffee in the lobby. Another male staff(which I couldn't get his English name, but was on duty night time), was very helpful... More

I stayed there 09/13 and 09/14. Nice room and great staff. The rate was reasonable. The breakfast was very good and the eating area is nice - I got a lot done on my laptop. I had business in Yuli, which is about an hour's train ride south, I made about 6 trips to and forth from the train station.The... More
