Before we checked into our room, we ordered lunch, which came 1 hour later. Even our drinks too 30 mins to come. When we checked into the hotel, we were brought to our rooms (no elevator) is was like an abandoned prison. The place was dead and empty. There is no sunlight, the rooms have a window that faced out...

If you are looking for a place to crash with average hotel amenities while in Arusha at a reasonable price this is the place for you. It's a hotel for a relatively tight budget and you shouldn't set the bar too high. Overall it's not a bad place once you ignore the little kinks here and there.

We stayed as this hotel after safari tour to Tarangire and Ngorongoro. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The room has no ventilation but a fan eas provided. The bathroom and amenities was fine. A pleasent 1 night stay.

The rooms are dusty and the furniture is old and mouldy. The plumbing is messed up, so having a shower carries the risk of you burning yourself. The staff are clueless and none of them speaks english enough to understand what is needed. Food is actually expensive for such a hotel and it's all heated or microwaved. I didn't want...

Had a 2 day conference here with 30 participants. It took until 15.00 the first conference day before the hotel could provide needed WiFi service - even if we raised the issue with them several times. Meeting rooms are large and very useful. The tables are kept clean, water is provided. Coffeebreaks are good, but the lunch buffet day one...
