We stayed one night at this hotel before starting our safari...Sadly we arrived quite late due to traffic problems in Arusha, so we did not have the time to explore the hotel. Despite that our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very exquisite! Same goes for the breakfast, they have a lot of food to choose from! The...

I found this an excellent hotel to stay before and after the safari trip. Six members of my family stayed here and no problems. Lovely gardens and pool. Not so far from Arusha shops and restaurants. Bedroom size was reasonable.

Its a big hotel catering to business and tourists at the beginning or end of safaris and climbing Kili. The place is clean and rooms are comfy. Customer service, though, is very poor. During my two-night stay I asked to be placed in another room (same standard) when I was checking in but they said there weren't any available; I...

After countless delays on Kenya Airways and a challenge of getting to Arusha from Dar Es Salaam we finally arrived at Mount Neru. While like most of Tanzania, in my opinion, conditions on the outside of the hotel were not very appealing, this all changes when you enter the hotel. In my opinion, the establishment fares satisfactorily when measured against...

After a long trip to get to Tanzania the hotel was a pleasant surprise to relax before we flew out to the Serengiti. Staff was helpful and food was good. We received a room that didn't have a shower and instead had a tub with a shower. When we got back from the Serengiti we got a room with a...

Stayed here on the way into the bush for safari and again on the way out. The property is gated with guards and is a clean escape from the dusty roads and open air bus rides that are a part of traveling here. The rooms are standard and the beds/pillows were not the most comfortable, but the room was very...

Our tour company, African Adventures Company out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. arranged for me and my family to stay here after arriving from the US to recover from the long flight. The food was fantastic and the service was fabulous. It was too cold to swim when we were there, but the pool looked delightful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are well appointed, though standard twins are not very spacious they have what you need, food was always good. they have smoking and non-smoking rooms so make sure you ask for what you want, we had to make a change after being placed into smoking room, smell was quite strong.
