Our Time in the Nyumbani Hostel was effective mega klasse. We always had a lot of fun and offen met cool people. If i end up in Arusha again i will visit again. You can make a lot of trips organized by the hostel, which i can highly recommend.

I stayed at Nyumbani Hostel for two months and felt completely at home the entire time. The staff at Nyumbani Hostel are so incredibly friendly and I will miss them all so much. They are so quick to offer help and support no matter what it is. The manager Teddy is the funniest and sweetest person and is always willing and ready to help and direct if needed. The mamas cook amazing food and I was so happy to find a hostel that also provides food for breakfast and full meals at dinner. The rooms are very comfortable and there is a great projector in the living space that is perfect for movie nights with other guests. They also offer a lot of day trips and I joined a couple which turned out to be amazing trips. I would definitely recommend Nyumbani! Asante sana

From the moment of booking, Nyumbani offered unrivaled support and help throughout; from picking me up from the airport, to a city tour and in-depth information on how to get around during my stay. Finding a hostel that not only serves breakfast but dinner too was a huge relief, saving me plenty of time each evening to just relax and enjoy some fantastic Tanzanian food. I soon made friends with other guests and volunteers (they run a volunteer/intern project here, so there's no shortage of interesting people around!), and went on day trips to Chemka Hot Springs and the Maasai Village them - all arranged by Nyumbani Hostel. I couldn't have been happier with my stay, thanks for making me feel at home!

I contacted Tizia from Nyumbani hostel to help me organize my trip to Tanzania. She replied very quickly with full and clear information and helped me with all my questions. She arranged my mount Meru climb and a 4day Safari, which were both amazing and unforgettable experiences. Between the trips I slept one night at the hostel were I felt very welcome.
