The staff were really friendly and helpful, the facilities great, well maintained and very clean and the location was perfect. It’s a little bit out of town but taxis were always available and no haggling required. Khao Lak itself is hassle free and quiet.

I like the sunset view at the beach. the hotel is not good location to walk to the centre but it is closed to the main road, easy to go anywhere by public transport. the room is big and clean. the staff there is very nice and service mind. the beach is very quiet and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Khao Lak Bayfront Resort, but few improvements could have made it more special. The gardens around the resort are well maintained with many beautiful flowers, and we enjoyed seeing the butterflies and birds in the resort. The addition of a few outdoor

This hotel has an amazing location. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was beautiful. The beach was peaceful and clean. AMAZING views looking back to the hotel and seeing all the jungle surrounding it! We went for a walk into the national park which was lovely. Great staff,

This is open sea, not sheltered bay, and there are waves and strong currents. Small children should not be left to swim, you should be holding at all times. They will be able to play on the beach. Use a pool for swimming. We are very strong swimmers from Australia and still have to deal with the waves and currents in Khao Lak. May be change your hotel to one that has more child friendly pools and activities.

I don't expect the area will be affected by the current flood. The flooded areas are on the other side of the peninsula, which is the Thai Gulf side. The hotel/resort is on the Andaman side. However, please recheck the possibility of your timeline. It might be the beginning of the rainy season in Thailand. Other than that, since it is in March, you will have to expect HEAT!!! Pack your rain gear with. Other than that....please enjoy the stay.

Hi I need a transfer from Phuket airport. Can you recommend anybody? Thanks in advance
The best thing to do is calling the hotel directly and reserve a van. It is 1,700 baht per trip. The driver is very cautious and very polite. They will ask about you flight and your name. He will wait for you at the exit with a sign with your name. When you're there and if you want to go to the night market, There are local taxi to take you there. Fare should be about 100 baht (I paid 125 for 5 of us.). You can walk back to the hotel. The town provides good bike/pedestrian path from the market to the hotel. Very nice exercise and nice walk.

Is there a wifi in all bungalows? Are there scooters for rent in reception?
Wifi was there but with pretty bad connection. The scooter rental is recommendable. Same price like in the neighborhood but better scooters.
