We spent Xmas and New Year here with young adult offspring. Charming hotel set in gorgeous gardens that slope down to the beach. We just wanted to flop, which we did with the help of the peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, lovely pool, nar, delicious food and beautiful dinners

Beautiful, comparable small resort, with everything you want. Excellent service, good food, nice people and mostly swiss tourists ;) . Dinner on the beach is probably the nicest in Khao Lak and much more personal then the 5* bunker nearby. Comfortable rooms and no noise from the

We traveled with a two years old baby. The resort is very beautiful and the staff is really friendly and love kids. They always smile and try to help. The breakfast is very good- you have plenty of fruits, yogurts, eggs, chees, bread, vegetables etc. I also received soya milk

Rooms in buildings all the way down the hillside - we had two rooms, not interconnecting but next door to each other. Nice spacious rooms, with nice décor and amenities. Pool was attractive and refreshing although pouring with rain when we got there so didn’t sit out by it.

Stayed in November 2017 but our review has been delayed by issues with our tour operator-a very well known name in the UK ! None of the issues are about this hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's not 5* luxury but it is as many say, served by lovely friendly staff in a unique

Thank you so much for this very kind review! That’s exactly what we position the resort “not 5 stars luxury but we could provide a good experience”. We enjoy reading your review, and happy to hear that you had a really enjoyable stay However, we apologize for Wi-Fi problem that occurred during your stay. It was very inconsistent lately, and the problem has been solved. Also, the comment about steep steps is very informative for new guests, as this requires some effort to step up (for elder or guest with mobility problem, we recommend to use our car service sending to the room) We look forward to seeing you again!

Hi, how much do you charge for airport transfer (one way)?
Strange coincidence...... our first stay last year @ paradise resort was in room#201....Upstairs in our building was room#204. Those rooms have a better view of the ocean, the pool, the lotus pond, the restaurant an the beach resort area. The room is very nice with big bathroom. Enjoy!
