We stayed two weeks at this hotel, where the room was clean and nice. The bed was very hard but they put in an extra mattress and then it was great. This is a Place to go if you enjoy a quiet time. Just outside the hotel there are about six restaurants with good food. Also there was a massage...

Recently returned from 2 weeks at the Palm Galleria. An hour and half transfer from Phuket but well worth it. The hotel is located in a quiet area but if you are happy without the bars like many of the more popular destinations of Thailand, the Palm is a perfect choice. The room is big enough for adding extra beds. But it is a very basic resort. Not much furniture. Cheap quality wood everywhere. The door are very cheap. We can hear our neighbors. The aircon is old and loud. It's not in front of the beach, actually it doesn't look like a beach at all. Something nice is that at...

Travelling alone, is also walking with a roller. Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room is big with both shower and bath. Free pool towels. Breakfast superb. Pool bar serves light lunch. Sometimes Happy Hour and live music.

Well. Staff is really, really nice here. And the day to day cleaning is good, but there is a clear lack off maintenance. Needs some new paint, new textiles for sun beds etc. Breakfast is a bit boring too. I really liked the surroundings though. Not so crowded and just a short walk to Memories bar and a few other...
