We stayed 7 nights mid October. We hired a car from Phuket airport. It takes about one hour and a bit to reach Khao Lak and the place is fairly easy to find. There is a car park which was empty when we were there. The initial impression was good, the staff took us and our luggage in a wee...

We walked in during rainy season in October to see if they had a Bungalow available. They did, it was 1200 baht per night, it was huge, it was clean and it was awesome. We loved it, the interior was very luxurious and modern with lots of amenities and lots of towels. Even beach and pool towels. The terrace each...

I previously made a mistake, I thought we were in NTBR 2, but we were in NTBR 1. This is a nice looking place so we asked to see the rooms, which were good. We are not staying here but have been to their lovely beach bar most days during our 9 day stay at the Centara. I can't correct...

Our fourth time here and as usual great service. The rooms have always been spotless and the staff really friendly. Plenty of loungers by the pool. Fresh towels and beach towels daily, what more could you want for the price???

Pro's: 1) Good location. 5 minute walk up a hill to plenty of restaurants, shopping and a great little grocery store. 2) Low season pricing is excellent. Rates double in high season, but still a resonable value. 3) Friendly reception and resturant staff. Nice common area where you can sit and play board games. 4) Great Thai style rice soup...

We stayed here in a family apartment (connected rooms cross the small road), which where were nice. 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 11). The wifi in the rooms were unstable, but fairly ok - compared to other places. The breakfast was not included and we didn´t find it very attractive by the description, so the first morning we...

We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't have been happier. The family room is huge with two large, separate rooms plus a huge bathroom with a tub - we were paying only 1500 Baht (low season), so we really couldn't complain. The pool area was lovely (no swim up bar in low season, but drinks available from the restaurant nearby,...

I have stayed at the Nang Thong Bay Resort many times and it never fails to impress. On this occasion I was in the very first bungalow by the beach and it has been upgraded since I last stayed in it several years ago. The bathroom has been renovated so that there is a superb shower room no longer open...

We've stayed here 4 times now, the rooms and restaurant are very good, the staff is cheerful and customer friendly. The grounds are green and tropical with beds facing the beach and the beautiful sunsets. But very year we come back, we hope something has been done about the smelly rain drainage running by the bungalows and right through the...
