Just spent 6 nights in garden bungalows with 5 days fishing, the accomodation and gardens are stunning, everything was immaculate, all the staff were very helpful and really could not do enough for you, and always with a smile , Tom, Oliver and George were always on hand with any help and advice on the fishing, the restaurant very freindly and great quality food at good prices, ok so rhe fishing was a bit hit and miss when I was there but that is fishing for you, but I still caught my biggest fish there, so cant be all that bad, well worth the visit, oh yes, and they also serve Yorkshire Tea, you cant get a better brew

Just done a weeks fishing on the resort and to say it was amazing is an understatement. The resort is beautiful, the people are amazing and the food is just unbelievable. Tom and Oli the fisheries mangers are always there on hand and to give you the best advice, they are extremely friendly and are always up for a chat about fishing! There are 3 ghillies on station at all times and are lovely people with good knowledge of the lake and will help you as much as they can. The rooms are lovely, there are plenty of bars in cha-am where you can go out to with only a 15 min drive. Overall one of the best fishing resorts I have been too, already booking for 2024!!

This is our 4th visit, last one being in 2019. Big improvements in customer service, quality and choice of food and how the lakes have been set up for anglers. We stayed in 3A chalet, twin beds. Plenty of space, good aircon, comfy beds, bathroom a bit tired but plenty of hot water. Good WiFi all around the resort. Fished on specimen and species lake. Fishing has been hard, we blanked on 1 day, here for 6, many anglers have blanked during our time here. Don't think you are automatically going to catch your fishing of a lifetime. All kit is good quality and you get a decent bait allowance. You will need to buy additional bait to target different species. Gillies and staff are wonderful always friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed our time here again, fishing has been challenging. We have caught carp and redtails. The swim we blanked on the next day we had 6 redtails. Its fishing, not catching.

Great place with great service and food...but of 36+ fish caught on the lake over 2 days, only 3 were not carp. Unlikely to get an arapaima , as they have made a channel near the lodge for guest to view the fish...meaning they stay at that end. I met 4 other regulars and they said it was very carpy...and had become more of a resort , than a dedicated fishing venue. I would recommend for Carp, but not if you wanted multiple species

My hubby and I came with another couple for a fishing trip! The surroundings are stunning, the layout of the whole park is perfect with a great size lake, immaculate gardens and well equipped facilities. The staff really do pull out all the stops to ensure your stay is amazing. My husband is an experienced angler so did not require much assistance but if he had staff were on hand to help. The fish, wow, they are big and in amazing condition. The facilities are great for non fishing (fishing widows!) a great pool , cocktails galore and very relaxing! We are going back in two weeks time and we are so excited!!

We went to Jurassic for a week thinking / hoping my 15 year old son might catch one or two big fish, he was after a redtail catfish in particular. We could never have dreamt he would catch the fish he did!!!!! The guys there were so helpful and encouraging. Can't thank Tom and Ollie ( and George) enough for everything! He caught a Total of 6 redtail catfish, up to 55 lb. 15 Siamese carp up to a massive 130lb! An alligator gar, and a 185lb arapaima!!!! Quite a challenge for a young lad!!!! But amazing to watch as a Mum! He was absolutely buzzing! He also spent an afternoon on the species lake, catching 5 fish, 4 being different species including 2 Julien golden carp, an Indian carp, a Chinese black carp and a Mekong catfish. Again for a 15 year old boy who is obsessed in fishing and has only dreamt about fish like these he was absolutely loving it!! He would have stayed forever if he could!!!! The vouchers they provide for bait were great, and anything extra you needed at your swim you could just message and it would be delivered. The sala area they provide next to the swims are comfortable with table and seating, also some much needed shade and fans. Great for sitting and chilling in-between catching! The staff there were lovely and so helpful, anything they could help with they would, one even picked us up from the night market as we couldn't get a taxi! Thanks again! The pool was nice to cool off after day in sun fishing. The food was great, a real variety, if you want to experience Thai food it was available or if you have a fussy 15 year old they also provide for that, pizza, spag bol etc! The rooms, bathroom and outdoor area were clean and comfortable. I will definitely be recommending Jurassic to everyone and we hope to return one day. Again thank you so much, as a Mum watching my boy have such an amazing experience means so much. He will never forget his time with you guys and I appreciate everything you did to help and advise him.

So, finally after two and a half years absence I found myself back at Jurassic. Fair to say there has been a lot of changes in both ownership and resort. Things have moved on at pace with electric buggies shuttling staff around the lake and we have a designated bar area and best of all a species lake besides the main specimen lake. Tom was keen to give me a session there which now means i have three more rare species to add to the list. Although the resort has seen good changes i am pleased to report that fisheries manager Tom and all the regular Gillys that assist us are still there as are the reception staff...testement to the management and staff themselves that Covid hasn't beaten them. This place remains a little bit of heaven and a trip for a day or a week is always time well spent...once again I leave behind good friends and dream catches. Thanks as always to Tom, Oliver, all the Gilly's and the lovely reception team. Andy Tibbett

My brother and I visited Jurassic for 11 days fishing at the start of June. Everything about the resort is absolutely top drawer! Fantastic accommodation, beautiful surroundings, polite and helpful staff and the most amazing Thai food. The fishing is absolutely out of this world and strikes the perfect balance of getting bites with the chance of something truly monsterous. We caught stacks of Siamese carp to 160lb, specimen red tails, pacu, tambacqui, Indian Carp and a big Salween Rita catfish. We also had a go on the species lake and added Julien’s and Mollycot catfish to our species list. Tom and Oliver were amazing and struck the perfect balance of offering advice whilst letting you angle. Nothing was too much trouble and they really worked their socks off to try and get my brother his Arapaima. That wasn’t to be, but there is always next time….and a next time there will certainly be! We will 100% be back and I would thoroughly recommend Jurassic to anyone thinking of visiting/fishing in Thailand. It really is that good!!!

Wow wow wow, what an absolute cracking fishing holiday from start to finish! Can’t thank Tom, Oliver, the gillies and restaurant staff enough. They are there for you every single day and can’t do enough for you! Make you feel so welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to catch monster fish or even a relaxed atmosphere to get yourself to Jurassic mountain fishing resort. By far the best fishery in Thailand and I will definitely be returning soon. Thanks again guys see you all soon.
