Room was decent size but would have been nice had there been a fridge in it. staff very friendly and helpful .breakfast simple but good.location fine only 5/10 mins walk from the main town and the clock tower.all in all a good little place to stay.
Nong is the most wonderful host, this lovely is well located, walking distance to the night market & clock tower. What made the stay brilliant was Nong's help with planning my time in Chiang rai, arranging things & also arranging a wonderful Thai breakfast. She's always smiling…

"most rooms have shared bathrooms."
"There are options for 2 rooms outside the main building which are quiet. Two of the rooms on the top floor of the main house have a shared balcony which can be noisy if you neighbors are inconsiderate, which ours were."
"The rooms behind the main house were quite large."
"We were in the room at the front, as it was raining the other guest were having their breakfast on the porch right outside our room. So go for a room upstairs or at the rear."
