Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

As a budget traveler I am always looking for a good deal and my stay at the Infinity Suites Hotel was the bargain of bargains. Located just 3 minutes from Central Plaza Mall, this newly built hotel was clean, comfortable, modern and well situated. At $24.00 a night for a deluxe suite and breakfast it is without question a great deal and a must stay.

This hotel is next to Central Shopping Centre. It is hrand new and very clean. Wifi is fast as well. For the price, it is the cleanest and cheapest hotel I stayed during this trip. They included home cooked breakfast as well. Nearby are some pubs and disco which you can hardly hear from my room.

This is the most value for money hotel in Chiang Rai!
-Room: well decorated, big comfortable bed, clean, good facilities, and safe
-Food: breakfast already included. They had buffet line serving homemade local Thai food. But toasts, coffee, and soft-boiled egg are available for foreigners who are not getting used to Thai food. --but, please have a try, the food was incredibly good.
-Location: walking distance to the largest department store. Not far from town. The staffs can help booking the taxi/tuk-tuk

Thanks to all of the staffs! Will come back for sure!

The hotel and room is dirty, half cleaned, and in need of serious maintenance. Shower curtain moulded, shower head leaking more than flowing, toilet leaking making the floor wet, stains on sheets, stains on wall, no « do not disturb sign », mass of hair and goo clearly visible under the tv, huge fridge but noisy as hell, mirrors wiped (not cleaned, wiped) up to 1,4m high, then dirty, open the fridge or any closet, close them fast, then take a walk to dissipate the stench, only one roll of thin thin thin toilet paper, then you go ask the reception, they say « ah » then give you one, no « sorry... » or anything, should I go on ? See the pictures, laugh, then go on to something else.
Oh and the breakfast is diy : « there’s the (dirty) kitchen » and staff don’t speak English.

I spent one day at this hotel and it was decent. Has an elevator that helps if you have large luggages. Clean, nice bathroom. Parking space for cars and motor bikes. The breakfast consist of rice, toast, coffee, and some juice.

they charged 690 baht for walk in.

We booked through booking.com which said it had a pool, a kettle in the room and we booked a suite! Well there was no pool there was no kettle and the "suite" was a standard size room with a standard double bed! Not impressed! The hotel staff were very understanding and refunded the rest of our stay and only charged for one night but we did not stay as it was not what we wanted!

We can't fault our room at Infinity Suite, it had a good sized bed, was clean with a balcony and everything worked. The people at reception weren't as friendly as some of the other places we've come across though, and it is about a 30 min walk to get into the centre of Chaing Rai. On the whole though a good hotel

Little far from the Center, spacious room ( could be cosier ), NO safe which might be a problem for foreigners travelling with passports, computers, etc. Breakfast is solely oriented for Asian people which is really too bad. Wifi works well in bedroom. Good service from front staff.
