Conveniently located. Clean, functional, there’s a common room for one to consume any buy in food . There’s free coffee till noon daily too . Staff are courteous AB’s friendly . Hotel is a stone throw away to Central festival, ASEAN night bazaar and greenway night bazaar too . For transport, go for grab and try yo avoid Tuk Tuk from central festival. Well worth the money .

Overall experience is only good! Perfect location as only few steps from Central Festival Hat Yai. Room (711) is quite big but few things are missing such a comfortable lazy chair or armchair at least. Bed is comfy, bed and bathroom linen are clean and smooth. Hot water at the shower is not that hot even at the maximum, pressure not that strong too. Good amenities but all in plastic which is a turn off for me. TV for some unknown reasons was not functioning despite I asked to do something. Great wifi. There is a cash deposit of 1.000 THB at check-in which will be refunded at check-out but it took sometimes as before to give it you back they check the room first. Major turn off and a total no no for at least me is housekeeping entered in the room despite I placed the do not disturb sign outside of the room door. When I informed her about it as I was in the room, she did apologised but not spontaneously which was not really acceptable as I didn’t feel that she was wrong but accepted it was placed… There is a car park not that big but we were lucky to have a space each time. Please teach your housekeeping team if not entering that direct in an occupied room when there the privacy sign is placed outside.

for the price of the room, i say it’s value for money. room is decent and clean. location is right next to Central Festival Mall, a 7-10 minute walk to Asean Night Bazaar and from there another 7-10 minute walk to Greenway Night Market. not a bad place to stay at! only downside was there wasn’t any 7-11 nearby. nearest would be beside Asean Night Bazaar. wouldn’t mind staying here again in the future

Great value for money! Check in was fine and had space for car parking and a very friendly security guard. Reception were friendly. Deposit on arrival is normal anywhere in the world so paid that and went to the room. VERY clean room; king bed and good TV system. Internet great too. Breakfast boxes available for 100Baht but just popped next door to Starbucks as wanted good coffee

I just returned from a 3 nights stay at this hotel. I stayed in a family suite which can sleeps 4 person comfortably but can actually sleeps 5 if the fifth person does not mind sleeping with just a mattress since they do not provide extra bed. They only provide extra mattress which is chargeable daily by the way unless you just opt for an extra duvet/blanket which you will incur a one time charge. The booking site mentioned a sofa bed which we thought can be used by the 5th person but it is only a small 2 seater sofa. The room comes with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and a small kitchen. It is spacious and as i mentioned can actually occupy 5 person comfortably if only they actually have that sofa bed. The room is clean and the daily cleaning is also of acceptable standard. The hotel is located on a busy main road so can be quite noisy. There is also some entertainment outlet nearby which also can be noisy at night because the hotel is just beside the Central Festival Mall. It is about 10 minutes walk to the Asian Night Bazaar. Please know that the reception will collect a refundable deposit when you check in which they need in cash. But they accepted payment in my home currency (Malaysia) which is a relief since i don't have much Baht with me at the time. Overall i am satisfied with the hotel considering their price.

The room rate we paid was less than RM100nett/night. Judging from the price tag, it's a good option in that location, which is walking distance to Central Festival & Asean Night Market. The room is in a decent size. The photos in the hotel website exaggerate it to make it looks bigger. The amenities is very basic. There's shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower cap, cotton bud, hairdryer & mini bar fridge for your to stock up your own beverages. You do need to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste. There's no safety box in the room. So, please take note on that & lock your valuable items in the luggage if you need to. Anyway, there wasn't any unpleasant incidents during our stay. The window by the bed which is pasted with hotel logo, it has no practical usage. Due to the direction of our room, the window panels generate significant amount of heat during the day & it's no jokes if you to tend to stand close to it. The air-cond is just right above that "decorative window panels" & it doesn't help to reduce the heat from the panel surface. The air-cond works flawlessly to cold the room thou. Initially, we were only given one room card. We requested a second room card afterwards, as it's almost impossible to turn-off the air-cond when we're out. The heat from the sun would turn the room into a sauna. The bathroom is clean & in a good size. The handheld shower head is not practical as the holder cannot be tilted to adjust the position. So, it's only possible to get a comfy shower by taking the hand held shower head off the holder and hold it by hand. The drainage of the toilet emits on-off unpleasant odor as if somebody left the "business un-flushed". Thankfully, it only contains in that area & not leak to the room. Leaving the AC on the whole time does help to reduce to odor. Credit card is not accepted as payment method to pay for the deposit. But Ringgit Malaysia (RM100) is accepted as deposit. There's an option to book the breakfast a day before at the reception. A breakfast set is 100THB. If you don't plan to venture Kim Yong Market in the early morning, it's a good option to book for the breakfast. There's a complimentary coffee, tea & coco drinks from the machine during the breakfast. Alternatively, you can walk ~5mins to get to Nam Kee. There's some local food & cafe in the area that's worth to visit. The adjacent shopping mall only open ~10:30AM. So, there's no way to get breakfast from there. All in all, judging from the price tag, this hotel is still a good choice. But, if I could get a competitive price at the Crystal Hotel opposite Central Festival, I would give it a try.

Too many mistakes and too many conditions. We book 2 rooms for 2 nights and they confirmed it already like a week ago and when we're here. They given us the wrong room! What the heck! And one more for the deposit. Too high of deposit and we use Thai Baht and want to change to RM but they didn't let us do it. And they even don't wanna charge the deposit using credit card. What the heck! Worst hotel ever. Will definitely bot coming back here again. And the room is small not like other hotels in hatyai where room are bigger. WORST EXPERIENCE

Overall hotel check in and rooms were fine, good location and good value. Was very disappointed in the smokey smell of my room (smell even went into the towels) when I booked non-smoking. When asked to change, the woman at the front said it was all full without trying to fix the problem. They came and sprayed air freshener which covered the smell for 30 minutes.
