Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

This is the best hotel for family and in the budget. The food test in the hotel is awesome and very low cost. Rooms were finely organised, spacious, with modern furniture. Great services. Nice breakfast. Good location, for those like to shopping at 7-eleven. Nice environment.

Cheap and very comfortable rooms. Tasteful breakfast - limited but good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Special the reception guy who work early evening. I had a terrible headache and he provided me some painkillers, free of charge. Good internet. Private parking. 5*****

The place was down a small street, so not much noise from street. We had a room on thirdfloor. When it rained it sounded like a huge fan started. Slamming on the roof. The walls are paper thin, cause we heard everything from the people next door. Staff was not so helpful. Parking for car right next to the hotel.

Everything seems good except that they don't have elevator at the hotel. Room size is pretty big and bed is pretty comfy. If you have car to travel around, this is recommended. If not, it's pretty far to reach.

this is a small hotel, 3 floors with no elevator but staff are great, rooms are clean and the breakfast is ok too. The room we stayed in was not big but they do have bigger ones there if you want one, they also have a secure parking area which was good. The rooms are cheap so you cant expect a really top one but they are comfortable for a night or two

I came with family of ten, first the barrier of communication was horrendous,it was really stressful to talk to the receptionist, secondly the breakfast was awfull, thirdly exchange of towel was limited once per day,if u want to change to a new one u will be charge 50 baht.fourthly never ask the frontdesk to arrange a "tut tut" for u..they will overcharge u like mad, normal charge around hatyai is only 20 bath..but these bloodsucker will charge u double for helping to call the bloody "tut tut".lastly for muslim i dont recommend to stay, the stench of the the burning incent gave me headache everytime i pass the reception counter. The ambient of the hotel was nice, room was nice too,the parking lot aplenty, but i would rather watch my car at the parking lot than watching the frontdesk..the staffs need to learn to smile eventhough there is a huge barrier of communication..some of them especially in the cafe were rude.I'll give them 3 for the room and ambient but 1 for service..

Lalita Boutique Hotel is one of my favorite hotel when I visit Hatyai. It is a rather small hotel - with just about 50 rooms in the hotel over three floors. The room size is comfortable for two and rooms comes with breakfast which is always very delicious. Only draw back about this hotel is there is no lift so for those who are not too keen to climb stairs do make sure you book the rooms on the 1st floor which carries a 100baht premium. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from downtown Hatyai and there are plenty of food places to eat within a 10 minutes walking distance

If you have transport this place is good. Price wise, very cheap and surprisingly its big, and clean. We book a family connecting room for 4 pax! 2 toilets, 1 double bed and 2 single bed! For only rm2xx. Breakfast included too but we skip the breakfast as we are going to other place to have breakfasts. Lots of parking too! Toilet is a bit small though but it's ok for us as we just book to sleep at night! Overall this is ok for family or kids or for business travellers.

Warm welcome with a drink, room was great with new renovation, everything needed was there even a hot kettle. Free 2 bottles of water. Nice balcony. Comes with breakfast though was simple but was a buffet. Improvement - Corner of Bed Divan was sharp & easily gets cut on leg. - Flooring of bathroom takes a long time to dry as its stone flooring, gets the room humid after leaving the room for sometime. - Only One key card given, Reject when ask for one more.

The room is clean and cosy. Location is quite a distance to the main area, you can walk up to 4-5km? Cause i did walked all the way to the Lee garden hotel. It wasn't so bad. But if urs tired, can always take the tuk2 cost about 200baht. Hotel also provide personal driver&car for rental to other attractions area. My advice is recce the prices at the other tour booths. Hotel has no lift but it's no issue for us, without luggage. Ours was a room for 3 pax with a little balcony. A good spot to hang wet clothes after a day of wet activities. Breakfast variety isn't much just average. At night there's a few halal eateries just 100-200m away from the hotel. Just about 200-400m to 7-11 & a pharmacy store. I would recommend this place to others!
