Fantastic hotel with modern rooms and equally modern facilities. The rooms are a decent size with a good quality bathroom, hot shower, complimentary toiletries and all the things you would expect from a hotel. The bedroom was spacious and the beds were the comfiest beds I have ever slept in! Good air conditioning and a ceiling fan too meant that comfort was no issue. Having a balcony was great too. The pool was fantastic, a good temperature and large enough to swim but also lots of seating areas in the pool to just relax. The breakfast was fine and was available between 7.00 am and 10.30 am. The staff were very helpful too.

This is a well appointed hotel for a very reasonable price. My room, 627, was on one end of the hotel and was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Unfortunately it was subject to much noise from the nearby bars and restaurants until well after midnight. Whilst that might not bother some it was disappointing. The hotel is in easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and a short distance from Market Village, a large shopping centre. The public areas of the hotel are well furnished and modern and all staff I had contact with were very polite and helpful. Pool area was nicely landscaped. Breakfast was underwhelming. There was a good choice but I felt the cooked food had been sitting for a while and could have been better. Coffee was awful. I did have a problem with no hot water but this was fixed quickly. Certainly worth considering if noise is not a problem for you.

The condo was a two bedroom condo that was very spacious.
Big choice of food at breakfast mainly for the Thai visitor.
Lovely swimming pool... nice game's Room.
I would suggest getting a room facing away from the bars due to the loud music coming from the rock bar.
A new hotel that is nicely decorated.

Actually, this is a good hotel. However what a disaster with regards to staffing/management. Wanted to stay two nights, but will definitely check out after one and find a better hotel in Hua Hin.

Checked in to wrong room so have to go up and down in the elevator three times until i fpund the front desk had given me wrong phone number. Not even an apology offered just a 'whats your problem?' look.

Brealfast is TERRIBLE! Single tiny coffee machine for the entire hotel so often not working and huge line to get a VERY average cup of coffee. No staff manning the breakfast other than one girl who is run off her feet. Every table is dirty as there isnt enough staff to clean. Also food is not replenished fast enough. Cant tell you how it tasted as I gave up trying to find a clean place to eat.

Breakfast is a complete zoo.

I get that its a pandemic and staffing is tricky. But also, its a pandemic, so dont sell out the hotel if you cant maintain a healthy environment!!!

On the pandemic angle. No checking of vaccination or covid tests when checking in. Basically the management seems to have decided to take any and all Bangkok guests on the weekend and allow the hotel to become overrun.

Has great potential but needs a very hard look at who is running this place. For now best to avoid.

Seamira House is clean, modern, nicely decorated and a well positioned Hotel for Soi 94 at a reasonable price compared to other similar standard of hotels. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of cereals, dried fruits, Thai food, salads, jams, eggs ,breads and very good coffee. The pool was large and situated by the restaurant in pleasant grounds. The only fault was it appeared to be a little short on sunbeds. The room on the 8th floor had a balcony, good air con and fan, nice shower room, very comfortable large bed and a modern TV with a good selection of channels. There is a kitchenette also. Wi-Fi was good. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and it was a delight to stay here. We will certainly return.

The hotel is good. Since,I was with my family,I can say that the service helped us nicely. Moreover, the facility in the hotel is quite great. I still remember the bed in the room was so soft that I could sleep all day. The food is also amazing, although I wish I could get more plate since I was busy with my work up in the room.
The swimming pool is relaxing but I was swimming at the afternoon because I don't want to disturb other residents. However, there was no staff at that time,I had leg cramps. Luckily, my family pulled me out from the pool. Personally,I think it might be better if there was 1-2 staffs at the pool since it wasn't closed at that time.
Overall,The hotel is fantastic and exquisite. The pool incident happened because I overestimated myself.

Fabulous Property. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seamira. We especially were impressed with the attentive service we received. We have stayed at the Marriott and Hilton in previous stays in Hua Hin. They are great.
On this trip we wanted a more Thai experience. Seamira was wonderful. Good location to reach food and entertainment. Clean, clean, clean! Don’t miss this gem!

A wonderful hotel with great facilities!

The room was a good size and nice and clean so there was lots of room for my baby to crawl around.

Hotel had excellent facilities including a gym, games room (with loads of options!), large dining area (inside and out) a lovely swimming pool (with large shallow area, jacuzzis and little fountains), self serve laundry room (with washers and tumble dryers), a bar and children’s play areas.

I would comment however that the children’s play room was filthy. Not just a little dirty, it was really grubby. When my little one played in there her knees, hands and socks were completely black from crawling on the floor. It was strange as the rest of the hotel was very clean.

Breakfast and food options were good with lots of choice.

Although I missed having spa facilities such as massage, sauna etc. we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

For the price, excellent value. Great amenities, swimming pool, gym, kids room, play room etc. location walking distance of main night life venues. Western and Thai buffet breakfast, excellent. One gripe, they need better coffee machine/quality at breakfast, but not a deal breaker.
