we stayed here for a night before moving to there other hotel the victor guesthouse. we paid 490 baht for a twin room with an ensuite bathroom, stand fan and tv. the hotel is built over the sea so you have a cool feeling of being at sea (without the boat rockiness), however if your a light sleeper like my...

I enjoyed my stay at the Karoon Guesthouse. Room was very basic but clean. Staff are very helpful. Location is great. At night the sea comes up and you can hear it under your floor. Very nice. The only thing I did not like was all the gaps in the floor that allow plenty of mosquitos in.

Very old, very tired, extremely SMALL. Two people are on top of each other & no where to put your suitcase. In the long hallway leading to the outside deck seaside, you can see light thru the cracks in the floor and look down to the beach. Imagine how many bugs can come thru these cracks. We saw our room...

I stayed at "Victor guest house" which didnt serve breakfast and instead recommended its visitors to go to Karoon, so this review is about the restaurant and not the rooms.
