I have stayed at Tientong an many previous occasions and it's still my best budget choice for Hua Hin. The location is in a quiet neighborhood within 2 minutes walk of a night market and 10 minutes walk from the main beach. The rooms are spacious with great A/C and a fridge. A very good budget choice.

Room was spacious, clean , bed was very comfy. AC and hot water worked good. No odor in bathroom. Nice refrigerator in the room. We have been able to use a microwave -definitely big plus. Owner had been friendly and spoke very good English . On the minus side : guesthouse is last on the street located about 150 meters...

This guesthouse is located down a quiet side street and is about 15 mins walk from the beach and/or downtown. There is also a nice night market and a 7-11 5 mins away. The rooms are nice and cheap. 300B for a double fan. We got a free upgrade to a room with a private bath, fridge, and tv. Also,...

Reasonable location not too far from the center of town, but bear in mind you will have to walk a bit or pay for short motorbike taxi journey. The room was clean but strong smell of insect spray and/or air freshener which was a bit unpleasant. Would recommend the owners to try using a bit less of these as they...

This was my second time at Tientong and once again was very satisfied with my stay there. For the price it has everything you need, good bed, A/C and a fridge. Definately recommended if you are on a budget.

The location is at the right hand of the dead end street passing through Grand Hotel at your left hand and its parking lots from Petchkasem Rd. The surrandings are quiet. A night market in front of Grand hotel, where is only 3min. walk away, was held every day while I stayed. Foods at the market were very cheap but...

After a long train journey down from Bangkok we arrived to a very dark, but beautiful rail station in Hua Hin. We were met by a cab driver who charged us 100 Baht (for a family of 4 with luggage) to get to the guest house, which was not far off. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and were...

Just wanted to tell a bit about my outstanding stay at Tientong Guesthouse. I spotted their sign at a restaurant, after staying my first night at a rat hole that a tuk tuk driver took me to. When I went to check out the rooms, there was only one room left, a clean and comfortable (though small) fan room that...
