If you have the time and the chance to visit the province of Thom Pha Phum District, please visit the noble initiative of Frenchman François and his Maouts. You really can & will experience a once in a lifetime event that you never will forget! Unfortunately, this review is also ment as a wake-up call for François and his team.... More

The elephants and the mahouts an amazing experience. The welcome less than average. Accommodation just about clean enough, although the aircon was a fan and the hot water (which we paid extra for) didn't work. The food was ok, but not nearly enough for our teenagers. The worst thing was the communal areas, restaurant etc. dirty floor and toilets disgustingly... More

Caring of elephants is the best to do. A "ride" from the jungle to the lake and return is alsoan everlasting souvenir. The boss is french and whole staff can some french also, so be warned that it is a french village. Of course everybody also speaks english. The place is out of daily haze and rythm which is good... My 16-year old daughter and I stayed for seven nights as volunteers and immediately became a part of this delightful extended family of humans, elephants, dogs, cats, chickens and an adorable foundling baby monkey. You can also come for a day and 2 nights to experience the 6 well-cared-for elephants, all of which were rescued from tourist centres and arrived... More

This was an unforgettable experience! Francois' deep passion for the elephants in his care and the respect with which he treats them, made the day spent with these magnificent beasts super special. We walked with elephants, rode bare back, bathed with them, talked to them, stroked them and hugged them. Quite awesome to be in such close contact with animals... More

Francois and his extended family were the perfect hosts to our family of four. If you need a break from the craziness of the "real" world, visit Ganesha Park and hang out with the animals. We were so relaxed after our visit that we immediately started planning our next trip. Before you go, map your trip. We found out that... More

Great experience! Amazing welcome from Francois and his extended family (including Rocky the monkey). The quality time spent with the elephants was a unique experience, far away from touristic places in other parts of Thailand. François and the Mahout just take good care of them. Our children LOVED this time with the elephants, swimming with them in the lake, feeding... More

It was very hard to find a place on July because there's a lot of people at the period but fortunetaly for us, a couple couldn't go there finally and we get a possibility. Finally we really thank this couple for their cancellation because it was wonderful, everything was great : the place, the family, the weather, the food, the... More
