This place is unique and quite private. There are many type of room types to choose from, including the raft on the river. Swimming pool was small but was fine, can't jump into the river from this spot tho'. Food choice was nice but the breakfast was a bit small.

The resort is real nice. Not too crowdy. Rooms located on the river (rafts) are very cosy - the view is great, Resort has a real nice location - 15min from Tiger Temple, 10min from Elephant Camp and around 30min from Erawan Waterfalls (all by car). Next to the hotel you can find "Death Rail" with great history and awesome... More

All villas are designed to have river view with non-private balcony. The light in the room is ok but not quite sufficient for working. The room does not have working desk or wifi. Electric outlet is available near the bed but you will require international adaptor. Staffs are a bit friendly but still below general standard. Breakfast is mostly local... More

Although the place has some great accomodation on the riverbed, but please beware of the food. Eating food made me sick and I was on antibiotics for a week. No one understands English, so google transalate is handy. The staff is pretty unhelpful, so most likely you will be on your own.

I picked this hotel due to its location and proximity to attractions that we wanted to see while on our tour. Nice room with basic amenities. Peaceful location. Wifi works well around lobby area. The hotel grounds are quite quirky, in a neat way and there are a variety of rooms to pick from, some oozing character. The owner (I... More

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst on an elephant & tiger tour. We were allocated one of the river rooms. These rooms are constructed over a floating platform that is tied to the riverside. The staff were pleasant but it was difficult to communicate with them. Our guide was essential in organising things for us. The food was simple... More

I recently stayed at at this resort, and really enjoyed it. When I arrived, I was a bit confused by the many varied decorations around the place (dinosaurs, with turtles, lambs, birds, deer, old toilets used as pot plants etc etc.) Checkin took a little longer than expected, as the lady had gone to get some food, and no one... The location of this hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a room that was floating on the river Kwai. Brilliant waking up and looking out directly onto water! The room was pretty basic, air con worked but we could not change it to a warmer setting so we were freezing in Thailand!!! The setting around the hotel is bizarre with... More

I stayed in the floating bungalows on the river and they were OK. A bit far from reception and the dining areas, but they were comfortable and it was a good experience. The resort itself seems to be remote from any urban area and you will need to make your own entertainment, but it depends what you're after. The food... More
