Everything is great. But the problem with the sounds from other rooms and you can hear all the things what they did, and think also they can hear when you make fxxc 😁😁😁 Well it's nearby everything from the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past few years. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful even though little English is spoken. The rooms with a balcony are always maintained in a clean condition. The laundry service is excellent and clothes are usually returned on the same day as collected. It is very relaxing to sit out... We had our wedding at this hotel, and we stayed overnight in one of the suites. The service from all of the staff involved in the wedding organisation was outstanding- very friendly and helpful! The hotel is set in nice grounds and the suites are very large and have everything you need (including a large fridge, sofa and bath)- I... More

We are walk-in and will be here only one night. The fee is THB1,100 including breakfast. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Hotel's wi-fi works good. The water jet in the shower is a little too soft but still acceptable. The atmosphere around the hotel is relaxing although it is located in the mid of the city.... More

Location was good, and service was ok, but the building looked quite old, and worn out a bit. Compared to the price, the value was not that much, we thought. It seemed nicely maintained anyway. The staff was kind enough, helping our heavy luggage. They got shuttle bus to Khon Kaen airport by 70b /person, which was good.

I was greeted with smiles when I arrived. Just what I needed after a long bus journey. It's a modern building. Lots of concrete softened by a lot of green plants. The hotel lacks warmth and character. The staff seem to be inexperienced. My booking did not include breakfast. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, despite the... More

The hotel's location is the only thing that let's you down here. As unless you have transportation, you're in for many a long walk or tuktuk ride as it's not near the main Kosa drag or market etc okay. The hotel is however beautiful in every way. The staff are excellent and speak good English. If you want a nice... More

Me and my family stayed in this hotel for one night and it's a good small hotel clean rooms except from some mold in the shower. But don't book from their own homepage, the price is almost double on their homepage compare to other bookingagencys on internet. I used booking.com and got the room for 800baht instead of 1600baht.

Rooms are spacious and very affordable. Everything worked well, air-conditioning, bathroom okay. It's a three-star hotel so seeing lower-than-average quality bed linen, cheap mattress, old bathtub was no surprise. Breakfast in terms of quality and options was not up to par. Very little options and the food wasn't that good. I highly recommend eating out however, the city has amazing... More
