I have been there between 21 september and 11 october 2023 , location is perfect , staf reception is good, friendly and speak english , lady laundry verry happy with doing my laundry , cleaning lady at my room verry friendly and every day cleaning , only a little strange that must say every day that i would like it she clean my room , why not a door shield with make up room or not disturb ? Breakfast is nothing special but if you want something in your stomach than it ok , lady restaurant friendly and funny , my problem with room is the bathroom , yes i know whe are in Thailand and it is not 5 star but it is not good what i have seen in the bathroom , see picture’s .

When we arrived this hotel looked a good place to stay. We drove out ot a market but when we came back all the parking spaces were taken, I think they let them to people in the local bars. The noise from local heavy bass bands went on until 0400. Breakfast was 100 bts for rice soup or American Breakfast 1 egg, 3 chicken sausages, a slice of something called ham, 2 slices cucumber and one slice tomato. I noticed Thais were getting a different menu but when I sked for an omlette this was too much trouble so would come back here even though 600bts was a fair price for the room until the racket started.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It's location is perfect to visit the downtown area of Khon Kaen . Close to some very good restaurants and not so good bars It has ample shaded parking space. The reception area is large and open with friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean, although the furniture and décor was a bit aged; bathroom was clean with soft towels provided; quiet at night and the AC, TV and wifi were all very good. Swimming pool was also good. Breakfast was a disappointment - bad coffee, poor quality food. Overall a good place to stay on a short visit to KK - and reasonably priced - eat breakfast somewhere else

This hotel is basic but is exactly what we wanted, there is no kettle or safe in the room but a massive fridge, the room itself is spacious and the bathroom has an electric shower. I think most rooms have a veranda and they also have a pool and gym. This is a great hotel to use as a base to travel around as it’s close to the airport.

The Chada Veranda is an honest mid-range, centrally located hotel, in Khon Kaen City, Isaan, Thailand. This guest-friendly accommodation option, was suggested to me, by a fellow expat and glad I followed the advice, as I really enjoyed my short stay here. Highlights being the economical and hearty breakfast, as well as the magnificent pool. My room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and an excellent television set-up, too. Well pleased with decision to stay awhile at the Hotel Chada Veranda (see my YouTube), in downtown Khon Kaen.

Stayed for 2 nights, centrally located, just a 3 minute walk to the bars. Clean and large room and very nice pool area. Staff very friendly, large car park area. Breakfast is available but we didn't bother.

Booked for a week, but only stayed a night. Walls were scuffed, chairs were cafeteria chairs, faucet loose and spun around when you tried to turn on, missing tiles from floor edges, overall like a college dorm room, not maintained well. But, the manager was a super nice man, understood, let me cancel my other nights. The pool is a well-done piece, not huge, but big enough to swim in, clean, well-kept. The lift is thoroughly modern and well-done, the pool and it betray the unkept appearance of the rooms. If you're staying one night, it's cheap and probably worth it.

We stayed at the Chada Veranda for on night in May 2019. There was plenty of parking and check in was very swift and informal. The place reminded me a little of a Travel Lodge in the UK. The rooms are basic but clean and functional and I had no complaints especially at the price of £14 a night! The hotel also boasts a neat little pool which is big enough for a proper swim. There is a small restaurant at the hotel, I'm not sure of the opening times but we opted for the 100BHT breakfast. I had kapow chicken with rice and egg plus coffee and toast and it was great! The hotels location is excellent for a night out in Khon Kaen. It's situated down a small private drive off one of the main city centre highways. There are several much more expensive chain hotels nearby. The new Centra Plaza is just 5 minutes away by tuk tuk and is well worth a look. There is another Mall a couple of doors away but this appears to be being wound down and not really worth your time. Situated virtually right behind the hotel and accessed by a side alley is a small street with half a dozen bars and a 7-11. There are also other bars close by to this street. This was ideal for us as we just wanted a relaxing night with a few drinks. It is worth noting that there didn't seem to be any street food available in the vicinity of the hotel! If you are looking for a no frills, does what it says on the tin style place for one or two nights I would suggest that the Chada Veranda takes some beating. We're already planning our next night there in December!

This hotel is pleasant and although basic the rooms are comfortable and clean all with balcony, nice beds TV and fridge. The restaurant serves a simply breakfast at only 100 baht. The hotel has a nice pool area and a small gym. Location is very central to malls and dining. Staff are friendly and the reception area cat is friendly and cute. overall a nice place to stay in Khon kaen

Chada Veranda Hotel is a good place to stay. The staff is nice, the room is clean and the swimming pool is also nice. There is a restaurant close to the hotel which is opened late at night and the hotel is in the downtown so you also have restaurants, bars and nightclub at 5-10 minutes by walk. The Central Plaza is also close from 5-10 minutes by walk. The price is really good for what you get there
