It's hard to rate this place... The furniture was quite new and the place was clean, but the room itself and the bathroom were small and had no closet whatsoever, not even space under the bed. So clothes and climbing gear were roaming around everywhere. The AC had two settings: Off or icy. Water temperature was very good though. Breakfast...

The surroundings are quite nice, but when the sea is at low tide it is necessary to walk 50-80m through the dead reef. Plenty of tourists come not for the sea but for hiking the vertical rocks. Please consider what you expect and what you want....

Greeted at the airport by a very friendly taxi driver who insisted we left all our suitcases to him! After a 15 minute transfer we were welcomed by very attentative hotel staff. Due to us arriving very early our room wasn't ready but the hotel provided us with an air conditioned room with shower and bathroom facilities. We wondered down...

It was a great place - good accommodation food was good, but more expensive than in the town. Western food was particularly costly. Breakfast was a great meal. The views are breath-taking and the climbing is magnificent. Ensure that you go deepwater soloing.

The accomondation is fine but the reason for one star is the kitchen. After 2 days we all got gastroenteritis from eating at the resort restaurant. The food is of low quality, and I suspect bad hygiene in the kitchen. So if you would like a Noro wirus or an adeno virus eat at this resort. Stay away from the...

So what's good here? The beach. But you can't rate a hotel because of the beach, right? The hotel in itself is fairly recent, and truth be told it's the only one in the area that is beach front, with a restaurant facing the sea and the amazing sunset. That's the only nice part. I don't do rock climbing, so...

It's definitely one of the nicer places to stay and the staff was very friendly, however the food was not so convincing and definitely not worth what they are asking for, even with the stunning beach and rock view. Also, it was a little tricky to do day trips early in the morning or go for dinner in Railay in...

Tonsai bay resort has great accommodations with a breathtaking scenery. Clean rooms, great service at the front desk, and good breakfast at the beach. More restaurants, bars, small mini marts on the backside. Great atmosphere, relaxed lifestyle. This is a climbers paradise, if you want white beach and bathing you can walk over the stone side about 2min, have a...

We came to Tonsai Bay Resort with 2 children (ages 5 and 9) as well as with our parents (ages 60+). The initial landing was a bit tough as we had been travelling quite a bit and were all tired and hot. We had 2 big suitcases as well as smaller backpacks and the hike from the boat landing to...

This resort is pretty nice. The room was clean and modern and the ladies at the front desk were always so kind! They are the only reason why I gave it 3 stars. They were always very helpful and definitely the nicest staff out of any of the other 10 hotels we stayed at. The restaurant on the resort is...
