The Palm House had everything we needed: en suite shower room with hot water, fridge, tv, drinking water, coffee/tea, wifi, parking and a nice balcony sitting area. Great location near the lake with its night walking street. The only downside was the cockerel next door crowing incessantly. The staff were lovely and helpful. I'd happily stay there again.

Stayed for just two nights cause we were on a schedule (otherwise we would've stayed a bit longer). The room had everything you needed even more then most places. You get a fridge, a/c and for me most importantly a good shower with warm water and good pressure.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights during our visit to pai. The toilet either leaked or didn't work in the first two rooms we were given (rooms 4 and 1). After we moved downstairs (room 2) the problem didn't happen again. It should be said that the receptionist offered that we switch rooms, and was quite nice...

We stayed for 2 nights but it was quite nice. Very well renovated rooms with all appliances. The price was also good. We bargained for cheaper, but hey that's Thailand, you have to do it everywhere :) I've stayed here on March 2015...

We stayed at the Palm house for two nights while visiting Mae Hong son (beautiful town!). We were stressed for a place to sleep and this looked good but during January you don't need ac that much and that's probably why the price was a bit high (500 baht a night) on our budget as backpackers. The rooms were spacious...

We spent 4 nights in this guest house and could have easily spent more. The location is prefect - right next door to some great bars and close to the Main Street. The room and bathroom were clean and the small garden outside was a lovely place to relax. When requested room service was available. The owner was friendly, helpful and...

We moved from bungalow accommodation just outside of the Pai centre to the Palm house & absolutely loved this place! We stayed for 5 days & received great service from Nan, the friendly girl working there (I think is the owner). Palm house is located on the best street, just off walking street & has cool cafes, bars & eateries...

We spend here a few days in August 2015 and it was awesome! Really nice staff and a very good accomodation at a good price. We paid 400 for a doubleroom with fan. I think with AC it was 500 Baht. Every room has their own porch with a beautiful and clean small garden. The room was clean and neat...
