The rooms are spacious, very clean and hotel staff were amazing! Located Central to all attractions and facilities (including the convenience store) with only a short walk or very short taxi ride to Bangla Road and the beach, I will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone wanting to be within arms reach of the nightlife to stay here. Stayed here for 11 nights at the start of September 2016 . The rooms were cleaned every day from mopped floors to clean Linen. The staff are amazingly polite and helpful. There is a laundromat and scooter hire over the road and a 7/11 within a stones throw. I will be booking here again for my next trip. For the... More

My friends and I stayed in their villas which location was a bit off, on top of the hill and is very far away from the beach. Not recommended for people who loves to stay by the beach. The fact that the villa was on top of the hill, not many tuk2 would want to send up to the villa.... More

This really is a great hotel. Set in a quiet street, yet not at all far from all the action (about 15 minute walk to the beach). It is decorated in Thai style making it very unique. Our room was really big, clean, equipped with aircon, tv, a small fridge, a dresser, wardrobe and also a small safe. We got... More

We stayed in one of the villas higher up in the mountain. The place looks impressive at first glance. But ended up like so many first dates, disappointing. It seemed that somewhere in the past a guest splattered the walls with some ice cream like pink paste and no one cleaned it. The pool needs serious attention, tiles falling off... More

Arrived in a group of six to our villa for a 10 day Christmas/ New Year break . The place was advertised as having an oven and fully ready. No oven was available and the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired, there was a 6mm thick layer of grime/ grease on top of the fridge, it... More

Have just arrived to stay here, and we booked purely for the fact that we wanted to stay a little bit away from Bangla road yet still be able to get around = free shuttle to Patong beach. Once we had paid and been to up to our room, we were informed it was a 200baht trip to the beach... More

-The area seems quite cheap overall compare to messy roads near Patong Beach. You can get local food 50~70 baht, drinks 20~50 baht at restaurants in this area. (Near Patong Beach the price range is 80~150baht for main food and 80~120baht for drinks in general.) -Pharmacy, convenient stores, local restaurants, bars, an Italian restaurant along/down the road. -Go upside hill... We stayed here for 4 nights and then extended it a couple. We booked through Bookings.com but then got stuck in Krabi after our flights were delayed. So we were 1 day late for our booking. The staff were very kind and let us move our booking and then add an extra day on the end. The room was spacious,... More

“When you go to your room check the window straight away. There are a small number of rooms that open to the internal corridor - if you get one, ask to change rooms. Not ideal if you like to wake up to natural light when you are jet lagged! But there are plenty of other rooms with windows to the street or to the pool.”

“Ask for room with balcony and stay away from the main street to avoid sharp motor noises. Balcony will aid you in drying all your wet cloths from the wet time at the beach and other activities.”
