Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a well priced centrally located reasonably priced hotel in Patong. You are a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a huge number of restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. The young female staff aren’t overly friendly but they answered all my questions and offered help with any problems. If you are into staying in busy Patong central this is the place to stay. Rooms are simple with a large king bed and a good sized bathroom. If you intend spending an inordinate amount of time in your room seek elsewhere. There is a good pool and a number of comfortable chairs to sit on in the entrance area. The Gallery met all my needs in my four day stay in Partong.

For what we paid for this hotel it was a great find. Daily house keeping. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Ideally situated, couple minutes walk from the beach and bars. The hotel does not offer food, but there’s a little cafe opposite the entrance call Orange which offer great food at reasonable prices. There is also a deposit to pay on arrival of 1000 Bt to cover any costs which is refundable on checking out.

I stayed there for 4 nights. The staffs are very friendly and hotel is neat and clean, rooms are spacious too. Only problem is they don't have food arrangement, so one has to have food outside. It is near to the road and within proximity of the Bangla Road.

Hotel looks exactly like the photos Only problem is that the photos were taking long before the wear and tear and general lack of maintenance have occurred It the sort of place where you check in and you pull out Trip Advisor to compare the photos and your room as you dont think this is what you booked But then reality dawns and it is the room advertised just in need of painting repair of cracked tiles and water stained mirrors All easy things to achieve but obviously not high up on the priority list Shame because if in good condition potentially a good hotel set down a quiet side Soi not far from the action in Patong

Pros: cheap, warm welcoming staff, tile floors make it fairly clean, cheap laundry service Cons: at the end of a busy street, flaws in the entry doors mean anytime someone closes (or slams!) their suite door ever door rattles The pictures make it look fresh and clean. It was clean, not fresh. I've stayed in a 18 countries (predominantly tropical so I have a sense of what to expect - a little musty odor doesn't put me off...) The pictures were likely taken when right after the renovation was completed which I estimate was 3+ years ago so everything is showing wear and tear. Pool had some strange tarp blocking it (I think to stop the wind from entering the open air lobby) so we didn't use it and I didn't see anyone in it at all during our stay... If you looking for a cheap place to crash and plan to get up and go for the entire day - this will fit the bill - but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend it - I think you can do better. We were only there for 2 nights

Given that this a low budget, 3 star hotel, I think it's ok. The rooms are average for Patong, a lot quieter than many. The bathrooms have glass walls, so shy girls will not be happy. Guest Friendly, no charges. The staff are not falsely friendly, but if you have a problem they will deal with it. The WiFi works, the rooms are clean, there is a little balcony and all-in-all I have no complaints. Walk to Bangla Rd. or the beach in 5 minutes, that's why I chose it. There is no parking worth mentioning, and difficult to park a car in the street (bikes no problem). The pool is small but ok. There is no own restaurant but 2 or 3 right outside, offering breakfast for B99. Now, would I stay here again.?...Yes

For the price of a night, there is nothing much to complain about this place. It is merely a room with a bed and sufficient amenities. The location of the gallery is in the middle and near where the main action is, which is Bangla street. Beach towels could be borrowed from the front desk but losing it can incur you a 500baht charge. The main gripe I have with this place is that the rooms require a lot of force to close which is noisy as heck. The staff at the front desk are really helpful with reccomendations and taxi bookings.
