I’m staying at Ocean Front Hotel with my 2 year old baby, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was assigned had a pervasive smell of wood varnish, making it uncomfortable and even unpleasant to stay in I got it changed though. Additionally, the room's location, distant from the lift, posed a significant inconvenience, especially with a baby in tow which is highly inconsiderate. Secondly I had booked transportation from airport my flight for delayed by an hour then also the driver wasn’t there till next 40 minutes with no information hotel Booked a taxi for us which was highly inconvenient with a baby. I had hoped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for my daughter’s birthday , but the delayed transfer overwhelming smell and inconvenient room placement greatly detracted from the overall experience. I urge the hotel management to address these issues promptly to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests especially the ones with the babies.…

Hi do not choose this hotel to stay for various reasons that I will explain. First, the distance between the pool and the rooms is really confusing and far, the restaurant and the lobby are the same, we waited an hour for two bottles of water, the room service is very slow to respond, the area around the pool does not have good beds. And the repetitive breakfast, the location of the hotel was awful. But he has a very good staff (named vi vi) who helped us a lot

During booking I was having doubt that reviews are 50/50 not real, however, when I first step in my Ocean view room, I was stunned by the spacious room and wonderful view from my room balcony! me and my girlfriend enjoyed staying in this hotel. Location: walking distance to Kalim Beach, and walk another 20 minutes you'll reach Patong Beach, and Patong beach walking street is just nearby. Anyway, you can request shuttle tuk tuk from reception counter and they can arrange shuttle for you to your destination. Breakfast: another best thing is the breakfast served in the hotel, they have tons of varieties and the dining area is huge and we can comfortably sit and relax, foods are tasty and fruits are fresh. Room facilities: room has most of the standard facilities and only down side is the shower gel provided, which doesn't feels like shower gel with very very less bubbles, but this is not a big deal because we brought our own shower gel. Price: very value for money! we would definitely come back and stay again in this hotel!…

Countless of times to Phuket and we have always been staying at another hotel just 5mins away from Patong. This time, we decided to try Oceanfront as it offers an amazing view of the beach and location was much quieter which we appreciate. Check in was pretty smooth, and we're delighted that our room was nicely decorated for our wedding anniversary. Thank you Oceanfront! However...... the one and only lady who was manning the tour desk had a poor service attitude when we enquired about renting a motorbike. She kept repeating "if police catch you outside, not my problem. You don't complain me." And she went on that she has alot of bad experience and alot of people has complained about her, but hey... why are you judging us the same too? She didn't even bother listening to what we've got to say and again mentioned "I have a lot of experience in this, not my problem ok." Lady, now I have a problem with your attitude, it is atrocious! Last day of checking out, just as we were about to enquire for an airport transfer, the same lady rudely told us to wait because she has "a ticket to send to a driver. If I never send, I will get problem." We left in the end without booking with her. She was always stressing out about everything and it just ruined the entire experience. Perhaps she should have been more service oriented or have another person assisting her? Overall, the rooms and pools were lovely. Breakfast was the exact same menu every day. Front desk staff does not feel welcoming, no smiles and they will just mind their own business. What a waste of an experience as a whole.…

Spacious modern rooms. Smart TV comes with youtube application. Bathtub and separate shower area. Good breakfast spread only downside is limited seating areas. Aircon may be a bit noisy. Location is quiet and away from busy patong nightlife. May be better if you rent a car or a motorbike. Not much food choices available outside hotel.

I stayed here for 7 days and loved it. Service and staff were really kind. Breakfast had a lot of international dishes. And the view from the pool is also stunning. Stayed in a pool access room. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely come back.

An absolutely fabulous hotel. It has a unique style where the lobby has the entire wall facing the ocean, open. We had an upgraded room, that faced the ocean. Did Jesus spectacular. The hotel room itself was immaculate, and modern. Everything‘s out near. The bathroom was luxurious, complete with a large bath, as well as a shower. There were many different lights to get the perfect lighting for you. The best part of this stay was the breakfast. There was such a huge variety of items. The choices included local Thai, Indian, continental, and even English! Eggs could be made to order in many different ways. The hot options included, dim sum, shumai, and a variety of stuffed buns. My favorite part was the drinks bar that offered a number of different shakes and uses as well as an iced coffee selection. Even Thai tea was available. The swimming, pool at the ocean, and had a swim up bar. This was an amazing say at an impeccable hotel. I highly recommend.…
