Great place to stay. The staff are great, really helpful and friendly. The location is super for both the beach, a ten second walk, and Bangla Roar is less than one minute. Close to Bangla, you can hear a little noise at night but it's very muted and caused no disturbance or trouble sleeping. Good decent pool with loungers. Decent...

If you're travelling on a budget, i highly recommend this place. It's a bit run down but the location is fantastic! You just have to cross the street and you're at Patong Beach. When you get out of the hotel, just turn left, and 50meters away is Bangla Road. Everything you need is within reach. Will definitely stay here again.

the room had a strong moldy smell and bed sheets had stains. shower was dark. air condition was about 30 years old and noisy as hell. besides that the entrance to the hotel was nice but the hall way was dirty and the walls are pealing. location is ok if you like to party, right near bangla road.

Stayed for a couple of nights in a 'Grand Deluxe' category room. It was alright, decent value for money as I mentioned in the title, although the room was quite 'tired' and really could do with some renovating. For example, the skirting boards had been eaten out by termites and were falling apart. The room was reasonably clean though and...

Firstly the staff at this hotel where really great and helpful with everything, from transfers to laundry to giving us a 2 hour late check out for free (2 rooms) was really great. The rooms are big with a king bed, sitting area and small couch. The room is also really dark enabling you to sleep in if you like....

Paid $70 NZD. Room was clean, spacious and had a little balcony. Air con worked nicely. Definitely take the slightly better room, one up from the cheapest, as it is more modern and well equipped with facilities such as better fridge, tv etc. Reception is manned at all hours for keeping your key safe when you go out to the...

Over priced for what it offers. It is a basic room close to the action and beach, but lacking any comforts. My entire trip I used the pool once and only ate the free breakfast twice. I always went across the street to my friends pool with ocean views for same price. I would not stay here again. Too many...

The location is great, very close to the beach, nightlife and shopping. The pool is really nice too, secluded and always seems quiet, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. There's a good selection of food for breakfast, and breakfast runs until 11am which is always handy - and a nice seafood restaurant for lunch and dinner. Yes, the rooms...

It isn't fancy but has it's perks. Inexpensive, clean, has a nice pool, across the street from the beach, and has a restaurant on the premises. The breakfasts are perfect with wonderful fresh fruit. The dinners are a bit pricey so we went elsewhere to eat. If you are not on a budget it gets the job done. One word...

The hotel itself was pretty nice, good value for money and the restaurant was decent (great breakfast selection). I wouldn't really recommend as a family hotel because it's right beside Bangla Road (the proper party street of Patong, lots of ping pong shows) and I did struggle to sleep with the sound of the bass coming from nearby clubs! A...
