I spent 10 days at that hotel, the food wasn't really good, the animation team was great, the rooms was so clean and good (the TV isn't that good) the pool and the beach was amazing, but the rest was just okey, I don't think that I'll visite that hotel again.

I have stayed in better tents and would not even put my dog in this hotel....stay well away! This hotel is dated, dirty, dangerous and spoilt our holiday from the moment we arrived. Broken door, broken glass table, damp and dirty, smelt of drains and lots of flies and cockroaches.....HOTEL FROM HELL!

Staying at this hotel for 2 weeks was like a prison sentence. I got bitten to death by something living in the mattress, the whole place was dirty including vomit and poo in the pool toilets. We had to physically fight for plates, knives and forks etc and when we did get a plate the food was terrible. I am...

“The hotel will try and tell you that there are only 4 person rooms, but there are rooms which sleep 6 (separate double room for the adults) and have balconies (although the view isn't good, they can still be used to dry towels and swimming costumes).”
