We loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Attentive management. Clean rooms and clean, beautiful beach. Very good Animation Team with lots of fun and varied activities but no pressure. 24/7 food and drink availability from all-night cafe. Complimentary evening meal in the a la carte resetaurant - delicious food and lots of choice. Complementary session in steam room or...

First time visiting Tunisia and don't plan on returning to Djerba anyway! Booked through Love Holidays and the price was cheap for a week in the sun all inclusive! The private transfer we booked saw us put in an old taxi for an adventure ride to the hotel (took about 25mins). First impressions, the island was disgusting, everywhere you looked...

We went to One Resort form 22/9-5/10/14 & have to say that it is nothing like as bad as a lot of these reviews make it out to be. You have to bear in mind that you are in Africa & that their ratings vary from ours. I have to agree that I wouldn't rate it 4* but in many...

We arrived 12/09/14 for two weeks. At the airport in DJerba the coach driver aggressively asked for tip before he would lift the bags onto the coach. Not a good start. We had paid £160 pounds extra for a sea view. Thomas Cook travel agent said it would be nice to sit on the balcony looking out over a sparkling...

We went to the One Resort in August 2014. Very friendly staff always happy to help, especially Nizar the assistant manager. Who was very helpful and was always around if you needed anything and was pleasant person to talk to. The rooms were clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. There was a free fridge and safe in the room. Food...
