A very poor restaurant hiding behind a pretty appearance. I had an awful experience here. We ordered 2 cocktails and starter while we decided on our mains. 50 minutes later, we finally got our drinks. Followed by our mains which we decided on. But we had not yet had our starter. They took back the mains and we waited a further 25 minutes for our starter (chicken wings) which weren’t great. We then had our main meal which the sushi is very nice. While the beef fajitas were only re-heated from earlier in the evening to give back to us. The tortillas were tough and the beef was chewy and rubbery. Would highly advise to avoid soul of kitchen at the angeliq house hotel
It is a very expensiv hotel to buy vine, twice the price from same type of hotel nearby. If yoy need to sleep at night, dont stay her. The had high music all night, could not sleep. The roooms was much smaller than they show on picture. Very Long time to order food or to get cofee in the morning. I Will give them 1 of 10 in score.
Its fantastic place,unique equipment,perfect view,music like soul for the ears,and all the stuff was so profesional and so pollite,especially Yusuf.well done,i give every recomendation for this plece.keep up the good tempo.
Best restaurant in Alanya, I Recommend! ! Mr Ozan is very kind and helpfull. Good service of all the team. Food is awesome and is adapted for vegeterians too. Beautiful view of alanya castle at night. You should visit this place if you are in Alanya !
This is fraudster hotel you totally avoid and never touch. How it works? 1. They show you beautiful photos here that you will have a seaview, but in fact you get a room with window to their bar, which booms all night with music and you just can't sleep. Their reception lady teaches you how to talk, but declines at all from the start to anyhow solve your issue and give another room (it's full!). How come we get worst room? Come on, you came from booking.com. "we don't like booking, we work with agencies". 2. We didn't get any solution and decided to leave after 1 night, because it's impossible to stay there at all. Reception Lady Cagdash tells "okay, you can leave. Just tell Booking.com please." And smiling. I told okay and was sure that they are reimbursing the rest of the money. I told her several times: we are getting our money back, right? She was making her smiles and was saying, sure no problem: "Let the Booking.com write me and I reply". Just write me please in paper that you are agreeing to leave. I wrote on paper: I agreed to leave and please reimburse my money. As the hotel gave the room which does not suit to the description. 4. We left the hotel being sure that the rest of the money will be reimbursed and we solved all the issues with hotel. Just found another more customer-friendly in the area. 5. BUUUUT: This is an x-day since I was bombarding both booking.com with request, and it's been x-days that booking.com is writing to the hotel and calling the hotel and they in the hotel just keep ignoring and not responding. They just ignoring the rules of 48hrs to respond and anything else. Money from my card long gone to the hotel for the 1 night of the worst room and 3 nights paying for nothing. actually not for nothing, just for a lie, that you can get. How do you like this scheme? Very pleasant stay in Anjeliq. If you are crazy, you can try this experience. but I sincerely don't recommend.…
