I'd strongly discourage it – felt completely ripped off. Took my first holiday with my boyfriend, and it was a disaster. We ended up paying for WiFi per day, despite being told it was included. The cost was outrageous, charging per device, so we could easily spend £20/day per person just to get online. And the frustration didn't stop there – they refused to lend us an iron and insisted on payment for their laundry/iron system, charging per item (like €2 per T-shirt). It felt like a total scam. Room service was a letdown, and while the food was okay, it got monotonous. Ugh, worst experience ever.

I’d avoid if I were you. Felt scammed. Went with my girlfriend. And we both had to pay for WiFi (per day) despite it supposedly being “included”. Ridiculously priced too as it was per device meaning you could be spending £20/day per person just to have internet. Were also unable to iron our clothes as they wouldn’t borrow us the iron. Instead they’d ask you to pay for their laundry/iron system… which, again was per item (e.g €2 per t shift etc). Total scam. Room service was poor. Food was decent tbf, but a bit repetitive.

We enjoyed our holidays in Michell! We’ve been in Turkey many times and we happy that our choice was that Hotel. Its situated on a mountain that was the main plus for that place, every day we were at the beach. We ate good food in restaurant! If compare price and quality, that hotel might be best one!

We have just returned from a weeks stay here, having never been to Turkey we thought we would try it. The hotel itself is lovely very clean throughout, rooms lovely modern and great bathroom, although our shower gear wasn’t good at all😞 The lobby bar was great good seating and staff friendly, however one member of bar staff on the pool bar of an evening I have to say is the most miserable human being I’ve ever met 😡 The entertainment team was made up of 2 young lads one was the dj and the other was responsible for getting people to do games during the day and evening. It was nearing the end of season so I understand staff probably looking forward to time off, however that’s the industry they work in, we are paying customers trying to enjoy ourselves not to be bought down by staff’s attitudes. The pool area was good, pool a bit cool for us but hey that’s fine. The beach is a short walk and has a good bar on it😊😊 The food was disappointing basically the same every night, as a fussy eater I had sweet and sour chicken/Turkey and rice for lunch and dinner for 4 days 😞😞 no dietary/ allergy info what so ever, this definitely needs looking at. The spa is well worth a visit, the massage was A-Maz-Ing 🥰 good value for money too. Overall we had a great time however I don’t feel we will be returning to Turkey again. I came alone. When I came here it was really silent. But activists and shows makes the hotel more busy. It s not for normal people. This hotel for party people. If you wanna come you don’t have to take some friends. Because they have entertainment team.

Great hotel in good location (approximately 10min drive to Alanya centre). Friendly staff, modern and clean rooms with amazing view (definetely recommend to take room with sea view), tasty food and drinks. Attractive animation team which organizes interesting activities every day. Hotel has everything you need within arm’s reach - shops, spa, even doctor.
