We were not impressed. Although we stayed a night before we go to the airport and therefore it suits us well. The room was clean, but renovation was done a while ago, for example mold in the bathroom. There were no cups / glasses and other small things that traveler needs ( coffee machine etc). Service was good : build... More

Room looked worn, was small and dark. Noise from the street was quite loud. Food was ok (in dinner and also breakfast). Pool was small and weir thing was that dinner tables were just by the pool. So if you are clumsy you can fall into the pool with your food. To the beasch is approx 7 min walk. If... More

This and Club Sera are both part of the Club Hotel Sera. They are either side of the main hotel where everyone uses various facilities via linked walkways. If you want to avoid large conferences or other events like an international martial arts tournament involving 10-12 countries etc. It is advisable to check with the hotel to see what is... More

Have spent two nights in this huge hotel (several towers, nine floors each, around a vast outdoor pool). Each tower has two small lifts that can accept max three people with luggage. When there are a couple of tourist buses arriving at the same time, it is a nightmare: the reception has only two people and they cannot cope. Count... More

Stayed at this all inclusive hotel which is an amazing area with eight hotel buildings, five pools and plenty of restaurants and other services/shops. All food and staff was very good, especially main restaurants dessert table was great. You should also try the burgers at the beach bar. If you want to go asleep before 10 pm I would recommend... I have stayed in this hotel from Aug 29th- Sep 5th, really liked it. The first room I was given was a bit small so I went and spoke the assistant manager called KAMIL, who was very helpful and polite and happily have me a bigger room. Definitely will go there again. Highly recommended

I booked this hotel thru Expedia as it was centrally located and priced well however I had no idea what to expect. The entire staff is incredibly pleasant and go out of their way to make sure not only your stay goes well but they also are great at getting you set up on tours, taxis, restaurants, etc. Clean rooms,... This is a very nice and clean hotel.we realy enjoied our trip. The rooms have split, and there is no central air conditioning and that was very important for us during summer time. The hotel is not very confortable, food is bad, swiming pool very small and surrounded by tables that are used to dinner (no privacy). The beach nearby is really poor... It´s 15-20 Km from the center. By táxi 14-15 euro each trip.
