Our one week stay turned into 3 months stay 😊 Hotel is in a great location, you can walk to cafes, restaurants, shopping center, farmers market etc easily. It has a resort feeling with a lot of public space, private swimming deck, lounge area, pool etc. More importantly staff is very friendly and respectful. Especially Ms. Gülcan at housekeeping went beyond and above to make us feel comfortable in the room. Restaurant staff makes sure that you are fed well. Chef Reşat and team prepare delicious meals and greet you with same enthusiasm every time. Overall it was a very comfortable, clean, friendly environment that makes you want to come back soon. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Falcon at the beginning of the year (Jan in to Feb) whilst having Dental treatment at DCT.

It was cheap as chips at only just over £500 all inclusive for the two of us combined for the week. The rooms were clean enough and maids were in daily to change bedding and towels and leave bottled water.

The food was relativley the same most days, but it was enjoyable all the same. A fantastic bonus for those having dental treatment is that the hotel kitchen provides a beautiful selection of fresh soups and bread morning, noon and evening and also a late supper soup for those with sore mouths left still hungry due to late treatments or for those whom struggled with the less soft food provided after stressful treatment.

Alot of usual ammenities were not on offer due to the time of year ie: outdoor pools, slides lower snack bar etc. But at the time of year visiting I wouldnt have expected these services, especially because the weather is/wasn't the best. I still took advantage of the opened gym facilities and a massage in the Gym area which was lush and even had a little cut wash and blow dry from the onsite hairdresser.

All the staff on my visit were most attentive. Fab shopping centre for some retail pleasure up at the 'Terra City' shopping mall that's just a short taxi ride away. Local Market on a Saturday that's also worth a walk around. You can also get a cheap taxi that only costs a few Lira up to 'Best Bizarre' market for all those wanting 'Top Brand Names at Bargain Prices!' I will be returning when I go back to DCT for more treatment in October.

Hope my review gives you considering staying a little true insight...

Thanks for an enjoyable stay Hotel Falcon Team, see you in October x :)

We recently stayed at the falcon hotel all inclusive. From arrival we was super impressed

We had not got out of the taxi and the bell boy had loaded all our luggage onto a trolley ready to take to our room.

Check in was painless, the young lady on the desk gave all the information we required, whilst entertaining our 4&5 year old children. Wrist straps on, keys in hand we head upto our very large room escorted by the bell boy with our luggage.

Our room was amazingly clean. One king size bed, a single and a double sofa bed. Two balconies with probably the nicest view overlooking the hotels pool, the sea and the mountains!

We headed down for lunch, where we found a great selection of food, from salads to hot meals for everyone’s taste.

The pool bar was lovely, the staff could not do anything wrong there. Premium drinks are chargeable but the staff could almost recreate any drink with vodka/gin and a vast amount of syrups! Always garnished with fresh fruit!.

The hotel is located on the hill side and has stairs(a lot of) down to a platform where you can take a swim into the sea, from either a stair case and a platform to dive. There is a bar here offering a limited selection of drinks from coffee/tea, beer and fruit juices.

As with most hotels in Turkey, evening meal is served around 7pm. This was both the dining room selection (this is the one problem!) which we found was almost the same every sitting. There was also a outdoor selection offering pasta cooked to your liking with choice of sauce and local dishes cooked on a bbq.

Fast forward to check out, the staff loaded our baggage into the luggage room, and we enjoyed the facilities of the hotel until our transfer taxi was due. The taxi was not on time, but the hotel called them and reassured us that it was on its way and would be here imminently.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here.

All in all, we have already started to look at coming back to this hotel in a few months time.

On arrival, very impressive, concierge was friendly and helpful. The overall feel for the hotel was pleasant, obviously off season, things being painted, all outdoor pools drained and cordoned off. The rooms were clean but nothing special.

We have paid for bed and breakfast, breakfast was pretty diabolical for a 4* hotel, really limited choice of food, most of it wasn’t kept hot enough and help yourself to coffee served in tiny cups or thimbles as I call them, on the whole disappointing.

Evening comes, across the road a delicious burger restaurant called Route Burger, two meals and drinks cost in total <£10 (yes that’s £10 for two decent burgers and fries with drinks!) for both meals!

Come back to the hotel for a couple of lagers, £5 a bottle, also couldn’t have the same Becks lager we had last night as they didn’t have it, bottles of miller draft now stood where the becks were, just ridiculous and expensive.

Fancied a coffee before heading up to bed, but coffee in their tiny thimble sized cups will cost you £2 per cup....just not happening.

We were offered to upgrade to all inclusive for €20/day....but not a chance, how this place got 4* is beyond me, maybe it’s better in season but on food alone I can’t see how it qualifies.

On the plus side, the Turkish Bath and massage was very good but I expect this is a different company operating on the premises.

Now let me explain....clean but cold. The hotel is situated in such a beautiful cove with amazing views. Unfortunately there was only one pool and one children pool with slides, not worth even mentioning. Moving on to the cleanliness, which was presented well, the hotel is clean and kept in good condition. The hotel provides an amazing spa, if you choose the right masseuse. I first went with a small lady who wasn’t amazing, okay for a relaxation massage but if you have knots then you need one of the men. I went for a second massage where I got pulled around the Turkish bath slaps by one of the males, who kept me covered and professional throughout. Then went for my massage with another male masseuse who again extremely professional and 10/10 massage. It was 100% better then the first. The manager who was very welcoming and made great deals for us was fantastic. Such a bubbly personality. Thank you to Ali, Oktay and Hassan (manager) for this experience.

I generally think that’s all the positives, the food unfortunately isn’t worth the effort. We complain numerous times about the food being cold and quality was disappointing. One of my party members asked what the meat was, with them shrugging their shoulders and pulling it apart saying maybe chicken, maybe turkey!! We decided to just got out for food as we were so fed up with complaining and then not accommodating. The staff were rude and wouldn’t go out their way for their guests! Unless you were Turkish or Russian 😂 they got priority over English.
The bar staff were also rude, getting drinks wrong mixing coke and lemonade and when I refused passed it to another guest!! Not all bar staff were rude, there was two who were friendly and spoke amazing English.
The room was adequate, tiny balcony but good enough and clean. Unfortunately our room didn’t get cleaned for 4 days, where I had to keep asking for towels and toilet roll. Be careful of your valuables.

The pool is refreshing and kept clean throughout, music can be to loud and limited drinks at the pool bar. Watch out for the cleaner who chucks away your full water bottles and drinks if you were not there guarding!!

Overall I was disappointed and it’s meant to be one of the Hotels DTC (dental turkey centre) refers to you. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else!!!

arrived very late and had booked 2 rooms with balcony’s, we were taken to 2 ground floor rooms with no patio or balcony and cockroaches in the room. The food is awful they seem to only cater for the Russian clients with the food options. The staff ignore you when you go up to the bar for a drink and allow Turkish and Russian holiday makers to just walk in front of you and serve them even tho you have waited patiently for 10 mins or more. The pool barman took cigarettes and lighters from the tables of holiday makers that were in the pool. One day we were looking over the side of the railings down to the sea and the railing gave way and my friend was so shaken up as he could have easily fallen over the side which is probably 100ft drop. They sent over a guy with a welder gun to weld the broken railings and not one staff member came over to my friend. I reported it as i said someone could have died and also they have lots of children holidaying there too. I was told by the manger that it was probably a language barrier problem even tho the hotel has hundreds of English holiday makers visit this hotel mainly for dental surgery, yes we are in Turkey but we need to be able to communicate when things go wrong and this was a serious problem. The guest relations lady asked for our opinion on the hotel and when we started telling her she rushed off and never spoke to us for the rest of our stay. I have visited Turkey more than 15 times and this is my worst stay ever.

Just spent 10 days here and can honestly say we had an amazing time. The hotel room was spacious enough for the two of us. Was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. They also offered a beach towel service everyday for free. The cleanliness of the hotel was great handsanitizers everwhere protective screens and the hotel was disinfected every day.
The staff where lovely and so friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

I’ve have just arrived back from a weeks stay at club falcon hotel, I feel this hotel is lovely with great views, nice pool and very clean rooms, however the food and some of the staff really do let this place down. As I was there for dental work this hotel was recommended by dental centre so due to my treatment could only eat soft foods all that was available for me was soup or yogurt so didn’t really feel the all inclusive status was needed my friend who travelled with ended up eating the same as me as the other food on offer just wasn’t that good and when I could eat we ended up eating out, we also spoke to other guests who shared our opinions on the food. The majority of the bar staff were just rude and not welcoming at all! Not much drinks options unless you like the one draft larger they had or one house vodka and as I could not drink alcohol the only option for me was water unless I bought otherwise from the shop which let me tell you take total advantage of the prices you will pay to save leaving the hotel grounds and looking for a shop near by, which is around a 20 mins walk to. Night time entertainment very poor as was the atmosphere in the bar. All in all the hotel looks nice but majority of the staff and the food let this place down a lot I will not return when I am back in 6months and the 3 stars I gave was solely for the views which were amazing.

This was a trip for dental treatment and at the last minute the hotel was changed from 3* B&B to the Falcon all inclusive. Obviously I was a bit wary and already had explored options even if I had to pay.

Arrived at 10pm down some poorly lit streets and arrived at the Falcon.Bell boy there to take my bags and checking in was excellent. Bell boy took me and my bags to the room and left me feeling guilty that I didn’t have any Turkish currency to tip him.

Fist impression of the room very good 2 single beds wardrobe etc just as you would expect and then seeking out the bathroom found a double bed wardrobe etc so essentially two rooms in one.

Late at night hungry restaurant closed but bar open free drink toll 11 and soup at midnight - happy days!

I have been to 4* all inclusive hotels in Turkey before and lets say 4* was 3* on a good day but the Falcon was quality. The attitude and service from the staff was definitely 5*. This is an all inclusive hotel so no cash changing hands so the staff weren’t busting a gut for tips. Everyone was smiley attentive and seemed to be really enjoying their work. The restaurant was buffet but with table service for drinks and even better the staff would see when you were about to finish a drink and a fresh one would arrive. All I can say is that all aspects of service in the Falcon were outstanding.

When I stayed a all inclusive hotels in Turkey before I have always had to organise an escape committee to break out for food or drinks etc but not here. Lots of great looking bars a restaurants nearby and a short walk to main shopping area but didn’t feel the need. In fact took out 50 quid in Turkish lira and only spent 10 on a haircut shave and hair wash at the barbers next to the dental clinic.

Ok I wasn’t paying to stay here but would I? Most definitely yes.!

I visited this year to accompany my husband who was returning for some Dental treatment. My husband assured me that the hotel was true as 4* and the food and facilities were very good.
Well...I spent a week and have to disagree! The food was warm and very repetitive...not much choice for breakfast and ended up eating out every day as it was so reasonable to do so locally and the food is amazing at Shakespeare's near by.
The rooms were very varied for the price, we met a couple and their room on the same floor as ours was double the size!
For the same price?
In regards to being all inclusive I liked the fact that I didn't have to buy drinks at the hotel but the best bar is the one near the restaurant/pool area. The barman working after 4pm does amazing cocktails every afternoon/evening.
Staff are hit and miss. Some were friendly and others very rude, depending on the day.
My husband has to return in 9mths, I would consider somewhere else for the price with better food.

I have just returned from my second visit to the falcon and wasn't disappointed. I heard many people saying they would be back. Fabulous weather which I believe is to carry on through October so I would imagine outdoor pool still open. I think it wodstayopen until end of season which is either October or november. You can also swim in the sea at the falcon.

Just back from the falcon and they have built a new floor down below which has entertainment and serves as a snack bar during the daytime. It also has a bar. There is another new area but on this floor as well which is very nice and I think is the new restaurant but is not operational yet.
