We stayed at Payam hotel with two little babies and absolutely loved it, so even extended our stay for a little more. Hotel has a really good location, though it is on the hill. Rooms are very nice designed and super clean. We stayed in a block with elevator (I guess it is the only one that has it) as far as we had a stroller with us, elevator was a must. Our room was on a top floor, and had mostly mountains and a bit sea view. Delicious breakfast at see view terrace, various products, good quality. And a lot of cats :) that jump on the table to eat from your plate when nobody is around, be careful :) Parking area is big enough, shared by several hotels, but a bit uncomfortable entrance system, you have to call to the hotel anytime you are going in and out to open the gate, which is a bit problematic if you do not have turkish number or roaming service.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Unbeatable location, close to all the fun stuff like shops, bars and restaurants, 15 minutes to the beach (that wasn't one of our priorities), 3 minutes to the Amphitheatre (very nice walk before bed). Great breakfast with plenty of delicious options and a sea view. We had a really nice, spacious room with a sea view too, and a hot tub (regular-sized, but we managed to fit in). Bathroom is huge and impeccably clean, bed is really comfortable. The only drawback was the noise coming from the kitchen that was right underneath our room (we stayed on the 1st floor), so we woke up every day around 6, when they were starting to cook breakfast. So ask for the 2nd floor if possible.
What I also liked was that they clean your room (and put free drinks in the minibar) only if you put a sign on the doorknob. If you don't do it, they don't bother you. I never thought I would like a hotel more than an Airbnb home, but it happened!

We just returned from a 11 night stay at Payam and loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for, a small intimate hotel that was clean and perfectly located.

The hotel is perfectly located up a steep hill close enough to the main centre of town and harbour but far enough for you to enjoy the tranquility of Kas.

We had a comfort room as we booked late and they ran out of family rooms. 4 of us shared a room with one large double bed, a fold out bed and a sofa bed. It was a little cramped and had limited storage space for all our cases and clothes but we only stayed in the room to sleep so weren’t too fussed.

Rooms were cleaned to exceptional standards daily.

Slippers and bathroom amenities are supplied if required. We also had a mini bar stocked with lemonade and water.

Beds were super comfy.

Aircon was powerful and very much needed as it was hot hot hot whilst we were out there.

Bathroom included a rain shower and flexible hand held shower head too with great pressure.

Breakfast was nice with a good spread laid out, including, filter coffees, Turkish tea/coffee, juices and cooked to order eggs. Highly recommend the omelettes.

The pool was excellent for the kids and perfect to cool down. It’s surrounded by lemon, fig and olive trees. Absolutely beautiful.

Staff were friendly, everyone from the house keeping team to the restaurant teams at breakfast and reception team. Emily was a star and answered all our questions prior to arrival, organised our transfers, a massage and a boat trip. Nothing was too much trouble.

We would return in a flash given the chance as this hotel was fantastic.

We stayed here for 3 nights in September during a 6 week tour along the Turkish coast.

We had a suite with jacuzzi bath which was beautifully appointed, lots of space and free water and juice in the fridge.

Breakfast was overlooking the sea and fully COVID compliant with plenty of choice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and kindly arranged our transfer to the next stop on our trip.

The location of this hotel is perfect for the centre of Kas, beach clubs and the amphitheater but also peaceful and secluded.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely little gem of a hotel if you are coming to Kas.

Bu yıl iki kere tatil yaptığımız bu otel bizim bütün beklentilerimizi karışladı diyebilirim. Merkeze yakın- her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Sakin. Çok yakınında bir plaj işletmesi var. Kahvaltı çok güzel. Portakal suyu, kahve vs ikramı hoş. Deniz manzaralı terasta yapıyorsunuz kahvaltıyı. Odalar temiz. Çalışanlar özverili ve yardımsever. Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yok. Belki standart odalar biraz küçük gelebilir. Onun dışında gayet güzel bir yer, Kaş’ta sürekli geleceğimiz bir mekan olacak.

We spent our last two holidays here this year and I can tell it met all of our expectations. It is close to the city center and the restaurants, bars and cafes there are all in a short walking distance. The hotel is quiet. There is a beach nearby to which you can reach only by a 2 min-walk. Breakfast is good. Complimentary fresh orange juice and coffee are nice. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and helpful. No problems with parking. Standard rooms may be considered a bit small but apart from that all is fine. This can become our regular place in Kas from now on.

This is our 3rd visit to this super little hotel. The welcome is always pleasant, the rooms and the rest of the hotel are immaculate. Water and soft drinks in mini bar are complimentary. There is water with ice and lemon with cups in the reception which is a nice touch if you’re hot on arrival. The pool is small with just 4 or5 sun beds but is fine for a refreshing dip after a hard day. Breakfast is a vast buffet with hot and cold options, al regularly replenished. Fantastic choice. The staff are pleasant and obliging so we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else for our annual overnight stay in Kas. We’ll done Payam. We stayed in a twin room but the hotel has large rooms with big balconies overlooking the sea.

We are just returned from 3 days in Kas with friends ,who saw this gem online. It is absolutely worth the steep walk up from the town centre. I actually don't want to recommend this place because I want to keep it just for us lol , however after two years of Covid they thoroughly deserve a bumper season. The Hotel was spotless. You could smell the freshness the minute you stepped over the threshold. We had stunning views over the bay, and the rooms were recently decorated and we'll appointed. The buffet style breakfast was set out in an open dining area which gave onto a garden which afforded more wonderful views . There was a big choice of cheeses ,breads, fruits, salads and pastries plus you could have your choice of cooked eggs. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return.

What a wonderful, clean, beautiful hotel. I've had an incredible time at this reasonably priced, gorgeous hotel. EVERY covid sanitation practice has been put into place. The entire staff are extremely conscientious about hygiene while at the same time being friendly, warm, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Kaş. My room had a sparkling sea view & I am so happy that I got to stay here. You will be happy too. I give this beautiful boutique hotel a 10 out of 10. Thank you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We booked direct with Emily who speaks English and was very helpful, it was a great price and very easy to do. There are several buildings to this hotel, ours had a lift. We booked a premium room with fabulous sea views and a jacuzzi, comfy bed, spacious and clean. Free soft drinks from the mini bar. A glass bottle is supplied for you to fill from the water dispenser. Great! Breakfast was wonderful, everything you could imagine and you can sit inside in air conditioning or in the garden overlooking the sea! All the staff here are friendly and helpful. The pool is small with a few sun beds but the beach is a five minute walk to a couple of beach clubs. It’s also a five minute walk down into the lovely town of Kas via a hill but it wasn’t that bad! Our flight was cancelled for two days and the manager was really good sorting us out a room, so we also stayed in a suite at the back building which was very big, my Hubby loved this room. We loved it so would definitely stay again when in kas. Thank you to all… you so have it right ❤️

We stayed here for one night last year, and wished we could have stayed longer. This year we returned and stayed for three nights. The hotel was just as good. We had a sea view room on the top floor. Once more it was immaculately clean, all necessities provided, very good quality bathroom products. Breakfast was served by the staff rather than a buffet because of Covid. The choice was the same and the food was just as good - the omelettes are highly recommended! The people who work there could not be more charming or more helpful.
The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Kas, uphill on the return journey, but if you’re feeling lazy, the taxi ride is £2.
