Beautiful hotel excellant service from owner Mehmet and staff. I was blown away with the ambience and views from the 4 levels looking onto the Med.. Two sparkling swimming pools and delicious food from the Restaurant. A wonderful "getaway" in lovely Kas..

We stoped in this hotel just for 2 nights, hotel is very nice with great view, very delicious kitchen, great breacfast, incrediable sea with too many different fishes, you feel yourself like swimming in akvarium... very nice 2 swimming pools, wich one clean... just one minus wich we noticed- it s very small rooms and very small bathroom... not new aircondition, but working good... Even with this mini rooms we wish come to capa hotel again and this time minimum for 1 week)

If planning to stay at this hotel, please do not. We had high expectations based upon the location, price point and Web images, unfortunately reality is somewhat different.

Rooms are small, dirty, and tired with small cheap and uncomfortable beds. No housekeeping for 3 nights, we had to ask for basic toiletries etc. We spoke to reception regarding a paid upgrade to bigger rooms (hotel was not full) He laughed and basically said we must stay where we booked! Bathroom was very dirty and black mould everywhere. Room safe was broken, TV did not work, room fridge barely, but AC did fortunately.

The restaurant / pool bar is about 5 floors / 120 steps further down the hill. Understandable as a consequence of the location but not referenced as a warning to travellers who might have difficulties with that. Service at the pool bar is disgraceful (unless you wear a bikini) and I twice walked away without service with the young barmen more interested in chatting to the girls than customers - it was not busy!! The restaurant unfortunately fares no better, half the items listed on the menu are not available, including basic wines and beer selection. The kitchen is filthy and has not been cleaned properly in ages. Breakfast is simple and edible. At least the restaurant staff are friendly unlike the rest of their team.

Redeeming features include the pool, and location with great views, but unfortunately that's common for all of the many establishments in the same area, and these all seem to have much higher standards based upon our hindsight research.

Be warned, and stay away!!

The rooms are small and with heavy smell, not refurbished for years. Got locked up in the cabin, the towels and sunbeds are oxidized and the staff is too rude .They changed room as there was a big poisonous spider in the room.
We paid nearly 100 USD per night!! Not value for money!

From beginning till the end everything was great, a very nice woman welcomed us in the reception and took care of us very kindly whole time.
Cleaning was the most important thing for us (bc covid19) and they’ve passed very smoothly.
Photos taken from our room.

This hotel has so much potential but missed the mark on pretty much everything apart from the view. The rooms as very outdated, lots of broken bits and the most uncomfortable bed. The beach bar is so far away from the main building so to even just get water you have to climb loads of steps, we didn’t even bother going for our free breakfast in the morning. We spoke to 3 people whilst there and two men who worked there were so busy with their phone conversation we waited to be served for 10 minutes (actually gave up one time)

Only good thing is the lovely young girl on reception and the view, luckily we only stayed one night.

We are couple, stayed for 2 nights and really in love with this place!

Amazing view, nice decorated room, and comfortable common using room with billiard table and big smart tv.

Room was clean, the water in shower with good pressure so I could enjoy it.

The weather was rainy one day and in the night was much fresh. A/c was nearly enough but still not so strong, so if the night will be more cold like in January it might be a problem.

In conclusion want to thank lovely lady Jannan at the reception, she is helpful and smiling.

Definitely want come again!

Svetlana & Haluk

We booked a bungalow room and we got a nice room, but with a very dirty bathroom. The bathrooms was full of mold. We asked to clean it, but they told us that we had to wait until the next day. As we travelled with our little daughter we could not accept that. Other big issue was to speak with the staff that does not speak English or just badly. It was a really terrible experience and in our opinion this hotel is really unprofessional to deal with international guests. We can just say: Do not GO!!!!

Very small rooms and bad managed hotel. They don’t clean up the room. There are limited car parking space. Just the location is good.

Kötü yönetilen bir otel. Odalar temizlenmiyor ve çok küçük. Manzarasının dışında başarılı bulduğum bir şey yok.
