We stayed at Ambassador Plaza in the beginning of August 2022, even though our stay had been booked about a month in advance, we arrived on the night of our second day of a 7 day stay, our room wasn't ready or prepared and we had to wait some time in the hotel lobby.
After that we were escorted to our room by a golf cart which was nice since our room was located in another building, about two blocks away from the main hotel building.
The main light in our room was unfortunately broken but the two remaining bedlamps offered decent lighting for the room for us to be ok.

All though we payed for all inclusive, we wouldn't rate this stay as an "all inclusive", for instance, the WiFi had to be bought per day and per person as the code provided only allowed for one connection at a time.

We were offered towel cards that could be handed in for beach towels at a towel station, however we were informed that all the towels were handed out already when we went there on our first day and were told to return at 4pm to try again.

If you wanted a good seat by the main pool or at the beach, you'd have to be there early to reserve your seats, at the beach you could pay extra for chairs located at the pier with personal parasol which we did once, prices were not fixed for this and seemed to vary by day depending on the staff who worked, some days the prices were alot higher than the day before ...

Luckily our separate building had its own pool that were abit smaller but less crowded which was a nice touch.

All facilities at the hotel closed at 18:30 every day except for the bar which was open until 23:00,
As for the drinks in the bar, it was not possible to order alcohol free options other than coca cola, Fanta, sprite or juice.
The alcoholic drinks tasted OK but the beer seemed to be of a lower %, sometimes glasses were given but mainly we received our drinks in paper cups both at the bar and in the restaurant.

At the beach bar the only thing that was included at "All Inclusive" was Water, Coffee and Tea
All though the beach bar had good varieties of food that tasted good!

As for the buffet in the main restaurant the Salad buffet and fruit section had alot of varieties and were fresh every day, the cooked food was unfortunately a disappointment throughout the week, most of the food was unseasoned and similar in preparation every day.
The deserts was good however they only served baklava one night (out of 7).

Overall though, what heightened our experience was the staff, who were kind and helpful.

Hotel Ambassador is a very solid and pleasant hotel with a perfect location away from the crowds and the noise, close to everything! It has two swimming pools and a private beach less than 100 m. away. The rooms in two main buildings are spacious, well furnished and equipped, have terraces. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a good choice of food and drinks in its restaurants and bars, and in my opinion, the All Inclusive deal is very acceptable and appropriate for the published cost of staying. Hotel staff is accommodating and dedicate their attention to the extent that imposes on guests. Sometimes the language barrier could cause a problem in communication with personnel. All in all, a very convenient and comfortable hotel.
I am 50 years in travel industry and reading about this hotel, I came to the conclusion that a number of the reviews posted were malicious and did not correspond to reality. Certainly, when you are in Kemer during the main season you cannot expect peace and isolation from the atmosphere that rules all seaside towns. Also, I find that writers of the reviews either have a lack of travel refinement and experience, or they are quite fussy. Obviously, it must be some other reason for discontent?

The Ambassador was a great hotel, from start to finish we spent an excellent seven days here, great welcome from Reception when we checked in, help with the cases to our room, and a quick tour of the facilities from Oz the night Manager who really excelled at his job, a really friendly guy who went out of his way every night to come and chat to us.

Rooms were very clean and were serviced everyday by the housekeeping ladies, sheets were changed everyday, always clean 😃.

The restaurant was very good and the food well presented and very welcoming from the Staff on the door.

We spent a lot of time in the bar area and the drinks served and prepared were excellent, Ozgood the barman was a dab hand at cocktails and nothing was too much trouble for him.

The private beach across the road was great, it’s all cobbles and stones but there are boards on the ground for you to walk on so no worries there, slightly disappointed that drinks had to be paid for here, however that’s the only downside.

The main thing about this hotel is the lack of English customers here, which is FANTASTIC, I myself being English couldn’t believe how well behaved and polite people here are, no noisy idiots around the pool, no mess left on tables in the Restaurant, no shouting and swearing, Brilliant 😁. A very relaxed and chilled out week, thoroughly enjoyable

We’ve been here 11 nights and can’t really fault anything the rooms are big and very clean and you can get some amazing views. Breakfast could do with some bacon sausages scrambled egg and beans but every time we asked for something off the menu they did their best to accommodate. Oz the night manager is absolutely ace! Massive credit to the hotel, he even planned a surprise for my girlfriends birthday!
The food was good most nights but like anywhere they accommodate for everybody not just English.
We was skeptical at first looking at the reviews but we would 100% come back here!
Oh and the Turkish bath is a must on the first day!!

After reading the reviews we were a bit worried about this hotel, but we left it late to book so didn't have much choice.
The location of the hotel is very good, a short walk into Kemer Town centre which is full of the usual Turkish shops, clothes, food, bars etc & also a short walk across the road to the beach.
The bench itself is horrendous.
They have only a small area & have crammed as many sunbeds as possible on there, you are literally touching the person next to you, and if they smoke and you don't, can be a issue. The sea is lovely & warm to swim in, but as with the beach, crammed with people, unless you swim right out of the main area.
The hotel is made up of a few buildings, we booked 2 rooms, which they didn't have together, so they gave us a large family room on the top floor of building 5, away from the main building. The room was ok, jacuzzi in room which didn't work, shower was terrible & we had cockroaches living under the bath, but had a nice big balcony & decent view of the pool.
I would recommend building 5, it has its own pool, small in size but we were there for 10 days & pretty much had the pool to ourselves for a good deal of the time.
The pool in the main building was always busy & hectic, from what we saw when we went there for food. We only went into the main building to eat, the restaurant is a decent size with plenty of choice, unless you are vegetarian or vegan& it doesn't really cater for British people. The food seemed to be geared towards Russians. On that point, we were the only British people in the hotel, not a problem for us, but the hotel staff hardly spoke a word of English & we couldn't communicate properly with many of them. On the staff, I would say there wasn't enough of them, they weren't particularly friendly, possibly due to language barrier, although you don't need to speak to smile or acknowledge guests. At the bars, they were moody & didn't make you feel welcome. Paper cups were predominantly used, which is fine poolside but you expect a glass from bars or in the restaurant. I would recommend Kemer as a location, but would steer clear of this hotel.
Having been to a few places All Inclusive in Turkey, this is by far the worst & the hidden charges, for Wi-fi, room safe & sun beds are unnecessary. If we hadn't had the room in block 5 & the lovely pool, this holiday would have been a disaster.
Avoid at all costs.

Kemer is about an hour from the airport, so one of the closer resorts making transport easier. Stayed a week, booked 2 rooms. Were given rooms in building 5, which is a short walk from the main building. It had its own pool which was great so that we didn't have to trek over to the main building pool which got very busy. Our rooms weren't together which was disappointing. Staff was very friendly in general. When we decided not to book the spa, the spa guy seemed very disinterested in us (and almost dismissive) - interesting that the Hamman treatment was priced at 50 euro, when you could go to another hotel near the beach and get it for 15 euro. table tennis is free (not a great table), air hockey was broken and there was table football. pool has to be paid for.
Pools don't have slides like some other hotels but at least that meant the pool was less hectic but less fun for teenage kids. Air conditioning was a bit variable and we had a leak on our last night but was fixed quickly by a friendly technician at night.
Food was good and there was alot of variety. rooms were clean but rooms were not made up daily, so we had to request change of towels. you get water every day.
beach is a short walk away but stacked with loungers (and its a pebble beach) so only really for sun lovers.
wifi isnt great and its 15 euro per person for 7 days but you cant access it everywhere (and its only for one device)
Some suggestions - at the second pool, there should be a coffee machine (as there is near the main pool), some parasols would be useful as well. Cushions for the loungers.

I paid for the hotel in the main building. the staff gave me a dirty room at the hotel across the street ambassador park hotel. there was no soap and toilet paper in the room, basic things. the room was dirty, the bed linen was changed only once in 10 days of stay. The hotel staff is catastrophically unfriendly and unpolite. I immediately asked them to change my room to the hotel I paid for, they just lied," come tomorrow "and did nothing. A crazy staff gave me and my mom a room with joined beds, crazy receptionist. the hotel does not even deserve 2 stars. It's an auxiliary dirty hotel, the corridor is not air-conditioned and you can feel a toilet smells in corridor. The restaurant is in the basement, which is a disaster, meals are not served on the open terrace, open terrace is only for pool bar. The beach of the hotel is the worst in the world, the sunbeds are joined together without even the minimum distance between them and there are not enough of them at all in relation to the huge number of guests. the beach is dirty and awful, there is no enough number for all guests. The worst hotel I've seen, it definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars, possibly 2 stars. I would never come again, the dirty hotel and rude staff ruined my vacation.

We were having holidays in this hotel for 7 days in the end of April 2022. Hotel has the highest level of staff, especially reception: Ekaterina and Mustafa, are ready to help all over the daytime. The hotel has the great spa center, me and my friend did the massage course. The massagers are very good specialists, especially liked massage with vulcanic stone. The greatest massagersMuhhamed and Rahni, the second is professional physiotherapist. The sea is in 3 minutes walking from hotel, the city center is in 10 minutes walking. Next year for sure will be back in the hotel. Sincerelly, Alla and Ligita

Our stay was just wonderful, the kids didn’t want to leave. The receptionists were really helpful, talking both English, Russian, and some of them German. We had a lot of contact with the receptionist Ergün, who was really kind, service-minded and professional. Also the spa (hamam and massage) were really fantastic. I really recommend a masseuse by the name Rahmi. He does wonders with your body. The mood and vibes at this hotel are very positive. We’d like to come back! Tatiana, Emil and Julia
