Spa, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, indoor pool excellent experience, gym could be updated but relatively small to include more equipment.
Since out of season the pier was closed, this was understandable.
Few recommendations for management and improvement of service:
- daily cleaning of the rooms, could be more thorough, ie replace used glasses, tidy the room rather than just making the beds.
- food was okay but seemed more of a repeat of dishes, however bland..it would be good for more choices or offer different culture cuisines ie Turkish, Mexican, American, Italian, Indian, chinese nights.
Breakfast could be better, we only ate omelettes all week, it would be good to see options like continental breakfast, crossiants, pain au chocolate, range of fruits bananas, melon or cooked breakfast like beans, eggs, bacon.
- cocktails and drinks, they are poor..the ingredients are there to make decent cocktails however they are poorly made..it would be good to see an improvement in the cocktail making process with staff majority of the drinks are strong but not enjoyable...beer is the better option for a drink.
Altogether the experience at this hotel was average, the main thing is we made unforgettable memories and we still enjoyed our stay.
If you are wanting a budget all inclusive this is the place but if your wanting high expectations then this is not recommended.
All in all we will visit kemer again in the future however not to this hotel.

We travelled as a couple. Having booked a room with lateral sea view, we actually got a room that just faced more rooms and what looked like a car park!! We’d got there at 12 ( midnight) and the AC was not working either in the room. It was absolutely red hot and having gone down twice, we were told there was no ‘technician’ to attend! There was no bell boy either to take our luggage up! The room was changed in the morning for which we paid extra! Once we overcame this, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is small but it’s adequate.. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. ( Apart from butter which they will not let you have in the afternoon and evening!!! 🙄) Drinks weren’t too bad. We were happy.. They were forever cleaning it which was really good to see.. As the hotel is not far from the centre, the walk made up for no entertainment in the hotel apart from one night. We would come again. I would say it’s a small hotel with a small pool and not far from the beach and we enjoyed our stay. Emile was very helpful as was Ali…. Kazim at the bar too. Many others as well as housekeeper too. I would say add Turkish flatbreads to your Buffett and butter for bread ( not just at breakfast!!!) And put a bit more variety on salads. For vegetarians, the choice of food was limited unless you like stodgy rice.

Pro’s Originally, we booked and paid extra for a sea view room, but this was through Loveholidays and not the GL hotel direct. We were given a room in the central core of the hotel with no window but a sliding patio door onto the passage way with people walking past. Emilie on the front desk was able to change the room but only half way through our stay. We viewed that room with the window but no sea view which was smaller and decided to stay in what we had as it had an excellent wet room for the bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy with towels being changed every day and the room made up very nicely. The air conditioning is very discreet and worked well. The rest of the hotel is kept clean throughout all day long. It must be said, Emilie was really helpful throughout our stay.
So, the hotel is OK, it has a certain calmness about it, the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times although hardly any English is spoken. We only met two other English people in our whole week. It was predominantly Russian and German guests, so we saw no smiling faces whatsoever!
The beach and the jetty, the sea, the sunbeds, and the hotel’s swimming pools are small but adequate. Both pools are of a reasonable size for the hotel but no good for lengths. The sea water pool in the Spa area is great.
There was entertainment on one night only which was in fact excellent.
Con’s Being all inclusive, we expected our food and drink to be edible and drinkable, but this was definitely not the case unfortunately. All food was served lukewarm unless you had a fried egg or omelette in the morning or took food from the griddle station in the evening or lunchtime, but you needed to wait whilst it was cooked and took it immediately otherwise it went into a bay Marie and either stewed or dried up. Not one hot meal the entire week.
Unfortunately, the house wines were really something not to be laid down but to be avoided! Cocktails or mixed drinks were basically revolting (sorry, but it's true). The Tuborg lager and local cognac were OK. Everything else was avoided once tried.
So, it’s a nice hotel, great location on the beach and 5 minute walk from the noisy and brash high street. Breakfast & lunch palatable (but only just) which forced us to eat & drink outside the hotel after the first night.

Had an amazing experience! The staff, food, service and atmosphere were all superb. I have could not recommend this hotel more and Kemer as well, considering its beautiful.
I would like to start with checking-in procedure. It wasn't too long and we immediatelly were let into our room. The room was very nice and it had a balcony which was facing the sea. The beds were comfortable and high which assured that we would have a good nights sleep.
Housekeeping service was very good. They always cleaned when we asked them to; they didnt clean when we asked them not to; the towels, bedding and other toiletries were always very clean and fresh.
Food. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and good quality. At first sight, it can be seemed that it's not enough but in reality you can get everything there (wide variety of sweet things, hot dishes like fish, meat, soups etc.) The fruit which they serve with every meal, was particulary delicious!
Sea. The sea was very nice and clean and the beach is very cozy but anyway you can always find a place there because its only for the guests of the hotel, no stays are allowed on the beach.
Swimming pool. I've never swam in it so I can't say anything about it except that the water in the pool is maintained very well, always clean and considering it is next to the restaurant, it gave away a very calming atmosphere.
Entertainment. There's no animation in the hotel but we knew that and it was okay for us. But I would like to say big thank you to all the staff member who were nice and friendly and an especially big thank you to Emili for making our stay utmost comfortable!

Hi all. We chose this hotel based on reviews, came for 4 nights and it was more than enough. We were given a room with a balcony and a view of the mountains.
Pros: - first coastal - the hotel is clean - nice pool - clean sea - the price included a sauna and hammam - the service staff worked very efficiently
Minuses: - rooms require renovation - the hotel is not big - very narrow coastline - crowded on the beach - had to manage to get sun loungers - drinks are diluted - Wi-Fi is paid ($10 per week, or $4 per day) - paid safe ($2 per day) - not tasty, monotonous food (Turkey is cooked almost every day, and it’s not tasty either. This hotel is situated in a great location on the beach and within walking distance to the centre of Kemer. It is very clean and the staff on reception are very helpful. Ample toiletries were provided in the bathroom. There was a good selection of food at at breakfast and dinner. On the negative side the beach is narrow so the sunbeds are packed in very closely together. Also found the person who runs the Spa area downstairs quite unhelpful.

We need to put everything in context. The hotel is a 4 star ⭐️. Great location very close to the center, impeccable cleanliness, pleasant service (except for the person from the grill who is very very unpleasant and especially rations portions!!! A scandal 😡) for an All in service. The drinks are local and the table wine very correct. Still coming back to the grill , it is inside the hotel and the smells are very quickly in the rooms which is very unpleasant. Basic food but we find its happiness (we are not in a 5 star hotel ⭐️) remember .. drinks at the beach 🏖️ should be included but there is water available not far , and it did not bother me. No entertainment in the evening and it’s all very well so we sleep quietly (if however people are respectful, and do not slam doors 🚪 in the middle of the night ). The wifi is paid but it is not ruin and the safe. For the price the hotel is very good 🤩.

Dear Youssefm, at Golden Lotus Hotel breakfast is 8 am to 10 am , lunch 12 am to 2 pm, cakes and tea 4pm to 5pm, dinner is 8 pm to 10 pm and we have an all day long turkish pancake service. Alcholic and non-alcholic drinks are included to the fee and available from 8 am to 12 pm. We would be very glad to see you at our hotel :)

Our rooms (18-25 sqm) are basically two-bed rooms. For the third person we put an extra bed in the room. The rooms have a side sea view. Our family rooms (50 sqm) have a direct sea view.
