The rooms a realy small so when you open the door to the bathroom it hits the toilet and cannot be opened fully. Really small one we had! The pool is ok, visitors are young and we always had funat night playing cardds and fooling around. Food is not so delicious but rather average. It is not near the beach butitdoesnt matter in May, it is nice to have a small walk since it is not too hot.

I recommend any guests to absolutely not stay at this hotel. The hygiene is absolutely terrible, upon arrival we found we had dirty bed sheets and saw a cockroach crawling across our bed. We asked to move rooms and they told us we would not be able to move for two days. When we asked two days later they said they could not move us at all meaning we had to stay in a cockroach ridden, mouldy and damp room. We also had to ask for the room to be cleaned and for new towels and bedding to which the staff were rude and unhelpful. As two female guests we were harassed by the staff constantly, and the staff also did nothing to stop harassment from other guests. We were also charged €20 for a day of wifi which was not specified before we arrived, we then tried to purchase a SIM card which our English tour guide told us was worth €30 and hotel staff tried to charge us €50, they consistently lied and tried to scam us as we could not speak Turkish. Instead we went to the local turkcell store and bought a sim card with the same 20GB for €23. The salad and carbs were okay but there was not really a great selection of food either. The only good thing about this hotel was the location and pool, however I would strongly recommend anyone considering staying at this hotel books elsewhere.

Do not go to this hotel. Would not recommend this to anyone. The rooms are very dirty, with mould all over the walls and the tiles in the bathroom are discoloured and full of mould. The smell of the room gave me and my brother a sore head within 30 minutes of being there. The beds were full of hair and stains. The only plug socket was hanging off the wall with exposed wires. The staff don’t speak English so we had to communicate via google translate. We eventually moved to another hotel as we could not stay here anymore. Giving 1 star to this hotel is generous and when we brought our concerns up at reception, we were told that we would “get a nice room in the morning”. This is no way to treat guests. This hotel will make you ill and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Don’t know where the 3 stars come from. If you like to actually stay at the hotel during trips, don’t book this one. The air conditioning didn’t work at our room the first two nights. The other room’s electricity didn’t work at all and they were really hesistant to give us another room, it was 3 am when we came and they came to ”fix” the electricity 2 times saying it works until we had enough and demanded to get another room. Nobody speaks english at the reception, only turkish and russian (it is a russian hotel which we didn’t know when booking) so communication was through Google translate. The rooms were cleaned only once during our weeks’s stay but they didn’t change the sheets or the towels, there wasn’t hand towels at all in one of the two rooms we had. We had to go ask for toilet paper because they don’t stack those either. Bathrooms are dirty. We paid 30€ for wifis for 3 people and unfortunately it didn’t work at all the last day there. The hotel would be nice if they renovated the whole place and the staff would be more eager to make the stay feel good as it should be. Even a trip organizer downtown said we booked the worst hotel in Kemer.

I visited Ares Dream Hotel in Kemer, Antalya, on the 21st of September for a 10-night stay with my friends and had a terrible experience. There was a very unhelpful receptionist by the name of Kadif. He was a rude member of staff who had given me my room key and left me to find the room myself. There was no lighting on the stairs, and when I returned to the reception, he responded by shouting at me and told me that I am illiterate and need to learn English.

My experience went from bad to worse when I eventually found the room that we had been assigned by the hotel. The beds were of poor quality, and broken springs could be felt. The room was dirty, and falling asleep was impossible due to the condition of the room and the stench. There was no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom was in a poor state, not fit for humans to live in. I suffered from mosquito bites all over my body, and my friends also suffered, which resulted in our legs being sore and swollen during the course of this holiday.

We always felt under duress as we were scared to speak, as this receptionist told us, "Once you get your room, you are unable to change it," and we had no option but to listen to him. If you are from England, this is not the hotel you want to stay in, as Ares Dream Hotel guests are mostly Russian and German-speaking. I was convinced that this hotel was not as described on the website. I met a few tourists who were not happy with the hotel service and the living conditions. We was all inclusive however the menu is very limited and you have cats running around the dining area which is not hygienic.

the bar was supposed to be open from 10am to 10pm it was actually 10am to 12 noon then 2.30pm to 5.30 and then 9 pm to 10 pm and thats only if you could get a drink depending on whether someone was there or not it was poured in a way so that you got mainly got froth, you got an eigth of a pint (we measured it) the food was so bad i doubt even my chickens would eat it, cold baked beans cold mashed potato nearly all it salad no dessert ever, a drink they called orange, flavoured water to us, we had hot water on just 2 days out of 14,no toaster kettle or fridge, we had single sheets for a double bed,no one could speak english, i could go on but that should be enough to put you off

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not be fooled by the star rating, it’s all lies. The person that rated this hotel clearly has a poor standard of living. I wouldn’t give it 1 star! Literally, I was in the hotel less than 12 hours before I complained to the booking agent to get me moved.

For the 12 nights we were there, the room did not get cleaned at all. My partner and I actually went shopping to get some cleaning products it was that bad. The sheets were not cleaned, so we helped ourselves to some left on the cleaning cart - which seems more like a fashion accessory for the ‘cleaner’, rather than putting it to use! Toilet roll is not supplied either! You can get some from the shop attached to the hotel. Once again, a basic essential you expect from any hotel. We had 1 pillow between us and we did not receive any towels for over 24 hours of being there. When I spoke to the staff they did not speak English and I resorted to using a translator on my phone to get the basics (towels and a pillow) you expect in any hotel. Once the staff understood what I was looking for, I was handed sets of keys to other rooms which I was told to get what I needed. We still didn’t find any towels on our mission around the hotel, but a member of staff met us near our room and handed us dirty, used towels that were still wet. They were stained and smelled so I knew they were used. In the end we went to the shop down the road and bought our own towels...just what you expect from a ‘4 star’ hotel!!

The bar staff cannot pull a pint of lager, or more accurate, they can’t pull a child’s mini beaker of lager. The keg is left in the sun and you receive 70% foam and 30% warm, flat lager. Even soft drinks are a joke! They’re poured from large bottles and then once again, left in the sun, so you get warm, flat drinks. The only drink I would drink from the hotel was the coffee as it came from a machine and wasn’t touched by any of the staff. The food is not any better either. My partner found a dead fly that had been baked into the food. When I pointed it out to a member of staff the plate was quickly removed so I couldn’t get any evidence of this. You would think Russian and German guests have never eaten before the way they swarm around the food. They bully their way around the restaurant, not queuing like other guests, or even showing any kind of respect to anyone else. I was verbally attacked (in Russian) because I did not understand their golden rule, which is; if they place an empty drinks bottle or a crust of bread on the table whilst they go and pile up their plates, it then becomes theirs and heaven forbid you should think the table is littered with used items and sit down. They’re nothing but a rude and inconsiderate race of people!

The description of this hotel is far fetched too! What they must class as a ‘renovation’ must be our equivalent of sweeping a path! The rooms are not modern and the walls are stained etc. This ‘renovation’ is clearly a lie. There is not a swim up bar either. It’s all lies! Oh but there is a water slide....for toddlers.

On the plus side, the couple of restaurants and shops near by are clean and really reasonably priced. You’ll need to visit these for your 3 meals a day which is ridiculous if you’ve paid for an all inclusive holiday.

I would NEVER go back to an Ares hotel and I’d advise any English to avoid them too. They’re aimed towards Russians and Germans and if you’re neither of these, you just get cast aside and treated like dirt.

Terrible hotel. Dirty rooms without cleaning and changing of towels. They fill coolers by water from faucet. Dirty plates with fat. They can make evening meal from dinner. Problems with hot water and even with cold water.
But I would like to do justice to masseur and their massage bathroom.
