We had a really great time in Dream Family club which is actually connected to Dream World Hill, the two hotels share the restaurant, lobby, pools, beach.
There are many pools, some of them quite, some with the slides or with different activities such as aquabic. Kids pool was quite cold, in others the water temperature was nice.
Rooms were spacious, cleaned daily and one big water bottle and juices are provided every day in a mini bar.
All the employees were very polite, smiling and we felt like home.
On a sandy beach there were screens instead of umbrellas which was very convenient and fresh bottled water and food was always available in a beach bar. Shuttle bus is taking to the beach every 10min except between 12:00 and 13:00.
Food was great, everything was so delicious, many different options for lunch and dinner, only breakfast was always the same, but we didn’t miss anything except maybe some nuts.
Our overall experience was great, we appreciate employee’s hard work in order to keep everything clean and every guest satisfied and we hope to come again next summer.

This hotel is gorgeous and so clean but, it is completely a german resort. The staff speak german and turkish, the entertainment was all german so our little kids and us had no idea what was going on. The pools and the areas around them are lovely and clean too but very slippery when wet so our younger ones had a couple of falls, but the staff did their best to keep it clear. The rooms were spacious but I paid for a 2 bedroom appartment and got a 1 bedroom with a bed in the sitting area, and the room had open plug sockets with wires sticking out and was clearly still being prepared for the summer busy period. The staff tried their best but the communication was difficult and I still have no idea who the holiday rep was!! The beach is lovely there is an allocated area for this hotel with covered sun beds and a lovely eating area, and a bus running up and down to the hotel every 15 minutes. We enjoyed our stay but missed out on a lot due to it all being in german and met 2 other english families who said the same. There was lots of food on offer and the best dessert section I have seen but, again german specialities so our picky eaters had little choice. Such a shame as hotel is beautiful.

This was by the far the best place my daughter and I have ever stayed. All the staff were amazing, the animation team were brilliant and there’s so much to do at this resort. My daughter and I came for 7 nights by ourselves. The animation team made us feel so welcomed and looked after us more than I could ever imagine. Big shout out to Abdel, Ahmed and Cris. The food was delicious, the rooms were cleaned everyday and the fridge stocked up for free. I will definitely be going back here. We are from England and the hotel staff speak it very well ( ignore reviews that say it’s just for Germans).

Rooms were ok however we only had what seem to be a throw that barley covered mine and my wife’s feet and only one pillow. We were there for 10 days room was never cleaned properly and and bedding never replaced. Absolutely not enough sun beds nearly had a fight with a couple because the decided to reserve a row of beds (even though the notice said they couldn’t) and never returned for 4hrs.

I was always brought up to have manners and there is absolutely zero from a few other nations ( Take a guess which 3)

The food was average at best and most of the time cold

The entertainment staff was excellent

The pools was closed far to early and when in July the temperature reached 47 degrees I could of been open a lot longer

A lot of the hotel was very outdated

Hotel in general very good, clean, spacious rooms and good food. Nice and clean facilities. The only thing I didn't like is that hotel is only set to German travellers. Basically staff is expecting everyone speak German and they ignore other nationalities. Most entertainment is only in German, not even in Turkish. This excluded some children from other countries to take part in entertainment provided. I have to emphasize that at the time I was there apart of German travellers were also Polish( very many), Scandinavian, English, Romanian etc. I witnessed and myself experienced situations by the pool bar where ordering something in English language was treated with no respect and ignored by members of stuff ( the worst one is male in ponytail working on the pool bar, he is rude, unprofessional, ignorant to customers who not German). Ordering in English heard comments about something in German made between staff and unfortunately they had bad luck as I speak German and 2 other languages so could understand. I told them that they should be same rules for all and that this behaviour of ignoring other nationalities is not acceptable and not professional.
So I hope if anyone from management will read that can take that under consideration as in my opinion hotel and most of stuff is great so will be not good if one or two members of staff will destroy that reputation. And travellers read reviews and Facebook travel groups to get information about hotels, so better to take action then let bad word to be spread.

We spent here 7 days on the last week of June. Good hotel, amazing stuff, very helpful and reacting really quickly. Rooms look used, could use some refreshing, but do not fall below standard for such hotels. Food was OK, as for mass feeding. Every day you could find something burnt as well as something nice, we skipped most lunches for pool restaurant. Stuff works well, thank you. Pools very crowded, waking up over 9am meant no free sunbeads, the hotel could do something with this (more sunbeads/ taking away towels from "reserved" beads where nobody showed up for half a day). Drinks were average, made from local alcohols, but not tasting chemically, and on the positive side, strong enough. The bar near Dreamhill pool offers more drinks to choose from. Animations were neglible for us, there were some men wandering around not really disturbing during relax. Evening shows at 9pm were nice, we've seen 3 or 4, dancing, some magic show plus fire dancing - very good thing. One major disadvantage which caused 4, not 5 stars was the russian activity. They were there, drinking in own groups, and not really interacting with others. But they were there. Overall in hotel I assume there were 25% Deutsch, 25% Polish, 25% russich (mostly in hill part and in-hotel bar), the rest, being really mixed society, including locals. Turks are smart, dealing with everyone, but given the alternative, I would not take my family again to aggro infested areas (alas that means all Turkey). If there were no orcs here, it would be great in terms of cost/relax effectiveness. The choice is yours.

Very nice hotel. Everything is well cared for and clean. Large, quiet room. Beautiful pools, delicious food and very sweet, hard-working people. Big compliment to the animation team! Speak their languages, are polite and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Ahmedu is really fantastic, he knows how to amuse everyone with a lot of enthusiasm, energy and humor. Gocha is the nicest dance teacher on earth. We believe that this hotel, including the entire team, deserves 5 stars. Thank you for 10 fantastic days, we will definitely come back!

All families stay away!

On the final day of my sisters first holiday with her 1 year old son, she had a taxi booked and in a rush thought to ask the front desk to put some water in her sons bottle.
They took the bottle behind the bar and oddly kept looking at my sister and laughing.
Without paranoia kicking in she thought nothing of it.
On the journey to the airport the baby kept throwing the bottle away, this being very unlike him, my sister tested the contents to find that is was vodka.

This is a family resort! What are these people thinking. Vodka in a baby's bottle?

This isn't a dream resort, this could potentially have been a nightmare.

If you have a family, I would consider a location that care for children not trying to kill them.

Be aware!

The pools and slides are excellent.rooms are very well cleaned daily and towels replaced. Had no issues with air con etc and 95% of staff were friendly. Reception staff were good. The only reason I have given 3 stars is all of the kids entertainment was german so my 2 year old didn't have a clue what was going on. Also the main entertainment was German. The food was O, not great and very repetitive! We didn't look forward to meals after the 2nd day! There is a wonderful lady by the pool making cheese or chocolate crepes which were nice. The pool bar has a restaurant behind also which does doner or chicken kebabs which were the best meals. But sometimes full of floes which put us off. We had a nice holiday and liked the hotel but we won't stay here again.

Best holiday ever. Perfect holiday for myself, mother & 3 year old daughter! The staff at the hotel was lovely. Special shout out the the kids club staff & animation team they was amazing, made the holiday so much better. Was so sad to leave, made great bonds & forever friends. The staff idolised my daughter, there was always something to do for the children & the adults! The pools was lovely, everywhere was clean always! The food was lovely, drinks were flowing. Would 100% recommend for a family holiday or even just an adult holiday. I will return in the near future.
