It's a good hotel with many activities, various food, three pools and very lazy housekeeping staff.

We came on september 16th early morning, approximately at 7 am, the reception guy said that our room is not ready and if we wanna our room now we have to pay $20 per day - 6 days is $120! I asked for the manager, he said, okay - $20 and that's it. We paid money and got our Family Room instead of Standard room (as the guy on the reception said).
The food is good and various, area is nice and there are many activities like water rides, ice cream, bars everywhere, kids' area.
The only disadvantage is very lazy housekeeping personnel.
On the second day, I asked on the reception how often rooms are being made up. She said every day. And after this day we started having problems with cleaning. Every time I had to go to the reception and ask to clean the room.
They try to escape cleaning, wait when everybody will come back to the room from the pool, beach or eating and ask if we need cleaning: of course not, just give us fresh towels and leave. 4 pm! Couldn't you come earlier? I guess this is their plan.
The rest was perfect. It's a good hotel for couples and families with kids.
By the way, Internet was free and worked properly.

This hotel is in a great location of Evrenseki, for all your shopping needs but hygiene is a big issue here. There were numerous occasions where we picked up dirty glasses/plates/cutlery and had to inform the staff who would then wash them again. I think they need to invest in new dishwashers as it was a re-occurring problem and puts you off eating there.
The food was ok, breakfast was my favourite with the made to order omelettes by a lovely Turkish woman. The buffet in the main restaurant was passable but the pool bar made fresh 'pide' pizzas and burgers that were lovely. Sometimes at midnight they would have pre-made sandwiches available along side the soup which were handy for the children. Baklava only appeared at the end of our holiday when we mentioned it to a manager that there were none.
Drinks were fine, local alcohol and the fizzy drinks were all poured out of bottles which was good, none of that weak, watery draught soda!
Rooms were fine, but more 3* than 5* - don't fall for reception's trick of paying an extra $50 for an upgrade as you'll just get the same room regardless!
The entertainment left a lot to be desired. I know we were out of season, but there were a lot of guests and in one week we only had a keyboard player/DJ twice for an hour each time! That was very disappointing! We spoke to a manager about the lack of entertainment/animation and he tried to fob us off with 'covid' rules but this was April 2023 and the covid regulations had been relaxed.
The waterslides were only put on twice during our stay which was not fair on the children who were asking to go on them every day. We know you don't put them on if the weather is cold, but above 21c for more European kids on holiday is warm enough, believe me! Oh and all facilities need to be checked prior to allowing guests to use them, as the trampoline near the games rooms was ripped and posed a major safety hazard had we not brought it to their attention!
This hotel is beside a river which you can walk along to the beach and it has many turtles which are fascinating to see!

Fantastic hotel, weather was better than expected during the day temp ranging 21-24 from around 10.30am to 5/5.30pm although very chilly at night you will need a cardigan/jacket if going this time of year.

All staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily.

Cannot fault the food as there was plenty to choose from at all meal times, also cold buffet/soup/breads available through the night, there is an a la Carte & fish restaurant which we did not try as only staying a few days. Burgers/pizza/chips/waffles/ice cream at pool bar, also a lady making Turkish bread with filling (can’t remember the name) but was nice. Pattiserie was nice not much choice however this could be as out of season.

Alcohol was not watered down in my opinion as I had to ask for an extra glass of coke as the vodka was too strong for me!

Plenty of shops/eateries within walking distance, we even passed a McDonald’s although did not sample it. This area does accommodate more for German/Russian/Polish and everything priced in euro however I did use the English pound and lira.

Beach a short walk away the hotel also offer a shuttle service (golf buggy) beach was clean only a few sun loungers again this was due to being out of season. There is a beach bar/snack bar included in your all inclusive package. There was 1 entertainment guy offering boules game however more would be available in season.

The only downside we experienced was the evening entertainment catered more for other European ethnicities and not in English but this did not spoil our time there, not sure if this would change when in season.

I have been holidaying in Turkey for over 15 years mainly in the Dalaman area. I did visit Kemer around 10 years ago but wasn’t impressed. I decided on joining my mum and her friend on this short break to Antalya as the price was fantastic, and a bit of me time. I was not disappointed. I plan to return later in the year with my family.

Very good value for money! It's not like a 5 star Rixos Hotel, but for the money you pay, it would be embarrassing to want more. I had the all inclusive package. The hotel is a bit outdated, but everything is clean. Room service cleaned every day. You can hear the neighbors in the hotel room, the noise isolation is poor, information for those who want to complain about something. The air in the rooms was fresh (there was no musty smell or the smell of smoke, which I feared the most).
The food selection is very rich, not at the level of a gourmet restaurant, but no one will be hungry. Ice cream, drinks, fast food (pizza, burger, french fries, warm waffles) in the pool area all day.
The service is friendly, polite, helpful. Great location! Near the beach, a long promenade on the beach area for walking.
Bus stop nearby, bus ticket approx. 1.5 euros. A shopping street next to the hotel with typical Turkish cheap goods.
The mosque is next door, so keep in mind that you can hear prayers even at night. But I took it as part of the culture and I didn't let it bother me.

Nice big hotel with friendly staff in a good location! Hard to find something better for that price!
Suitable for couples, families with children, pensioners.

Hotel for me have great localization. It’s near beach, near bazar, you don’t have long transfer to hotel from Alanya, on the beach you have hotel’s bar and „restaurant”. Dishes was delicious, waiters were great and animators were fanstastic( Ata - best regards, thanks for a game of darts 😁)
Rooms clean.
When you check in you recive card for one for person free pool towel, Room every day clean,
Animation afternoon finished at 23:00/ 23:30 but i think it’s problem because was pandemic time.

I with my husband thinking about vacation next year and thinking about this hotel but on 14 days.

i would not recommend this hotel at all, upon arrival after checking in late at night we were helped to our room by a belboy, he hovered waiting for his tip, we had no euros or lira on us so asked if we could tip him tomorrow, he said we wouldnt be at work, so all we had was a £20 note so asked him to get some change and take £5, he came back with a 10 euro note. I just stared at him bewildered, i told my husband and he couldnt believe it. The next day the same belboy was back at work so he lied to us. We paid 10 euros to use the safe, once in the room the safe didnt work . The next morning i woke up with the most excruciating back pain, the beds were so uncomfortable. We went to breakfast and the food was awful, we ended up having toast and eggs every day. Lunch and dinner was not much better, very repetative and awful. We had a spa the first day which was very relaxing but at the end me and my husband were told that we had medical issues with our backs and shoulders and we needed 3 further massages to correct this costing 100 euros each, felt very pushed into having it done but we stood our ground and said no, which they werent happy about. ive lots more to say but cant waste more of my time writing this review

The hotel is NOT a 5 star, its a good 3
We walked the front and believe me we saw 5 star further down
If your English don't bother its a German resort, it caters only for German, the staff only speak German
They reserve beds at 10pm at night, never any free beds round the pool and people left towels from 8am and never ever came back!
I moved 3 beds to be by the pool and had a German man shouting at me like he owned the resort he preceeded to step over me and move my bed when I went to get drinks or the toilet
We never had a decent meal while we were there, we would not return we payed all Inclusive and went out every night
There is 1 bar out there who were so kind and happy to see us unlike the resort staff
We were offered a safe for 4 nights
We were staying three nights he wanted 2 euros a night, I said in English money he wanted 16 pound !! Needless to say I didn't bother with a safe

We stayed at this hotel for a week at short notice.
The room was well furnished and very comfortable, Side' caters mainly for European and Russian guests, so a little tip would be to take euros to spend as everything is priced in these.
The hotel was all-inclusive, food was very nice if more to European tastes.
One downside was the Liquor was very weakened but the beer was fine.
We would certainly revisit this hotel and resort, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Seher Sun Palace was definitely one of the most horrible experience ever. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars more like 3 and that's being kind. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The food is limited in choice with flies everywhere on the deserts and the same boring limited breakfast every morning. The staff are not friendly at all and speak little or no English. A tile came lose in my daughters room , luckily she wasn't in the room at the time or it could have caused her a head injury. I was sent a note to come to reception, It was being suggested that my 20 year old daughter had caused the tile to fall off the wall and brake. I was expecting an apology from the manager but instead I was told to pay 50 euros, the audacity.

There is no air con throughout the hotel apart from your room and the lobby, its like a furnace when you leave your room. The people staying at the hotel are mainly Eastern European and the buffet is more catered to their needs. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with my husband and 3 children who were looking forward to leaving. The beach is a 5/7 minute walk from behind the hotel along side a dirty, smelly swamp. I have nothing positive to say about this hotel apart from the rooms were clean. Book with caution or better don't book here at all.

Our last day at this hotel and can’t say enough about it.. Excellent stay throughout our 2 week holiday. Our daughter had booked for a two week holiday with her husband and myself and my wife always go away around the same time. We checked availability from Glasgow band got a great price. Even though the hotel isn’t in full swing season wise there are a few star performers.. Pool bar, all very attentive and remember your drinks and depending on how busy they are they bring drinks to your table if your are running low.Food , a great choice from the bar menu .. we had everything of the menu in the two weeks as well as frequenting the restaurant. Velican the waiter was exceptional and spoke pretty good English, even understood our Broad Scottish accent. He solely worked about 16 tables that turned over throughout the day… Top marks to this lad.. Restaurant… always found a large plate full of food to eat, I’m not picky but everything was great and fresh… only slight problem was the toaster at breakfast 😂 . The maid of our room Nurgul was an asset to this hotel.. had our room spotless and even left us little swans and flowers on our bed as a nice surprise. Stocked up our mini bar and awaits spoke to my wife and complimenting her tan.. We have stayed at 5 hotels in Turkey, even though these other hotels where more luxurious but I couldn’t fault this hotel at all… Keep up the great work and we will be back again 🙏🏻🙏🏻
