Everything and everyone at the hotel was above average! Although the hotel complex itself is gigantic it someone manages to remain completely personal. The Animation Team and Staff actually remember you even though there are over a thousand other people there...even down to them remembering your drinks order!! Grounds, Pool, beach, restaurants, bars all perfect! Quite simply, it is the...

This was our first visit to the Turquoise and we were not disappointed. Although many reviews quite rightly say the majority of guests are German, we didn't find this an issue at all; the staff were very friendly and helpful to everyone and would whatever they could to make your stay enjoyable. The food was superb with a huge selection...

My family which consisted of a party of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Turqoise. Our ages ranged from 14 to 74 and we all had a great time. The food was great with plenty of choice and a constant supply of food throughout the day. The rooms were of good size and had sufficient facilities and the maid...

We (2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 6) stayed at the Turquoise at the end of August /beginning of September 2010. Lovely welcome with cocktails for the children and a glass of fizzy wine for the adults. Check in swift and efficient. The family room was very large, basically the size of two rooms, large double bed in one...

I came to this hotel as a single 30 years old belgian man and it was not a good idea. First of all, i do not understand why people says that it is a fantastic hotel. It seems that they didn’t compare with the surrounding hotels. Food is good but nothing special in comparison with other hotels. Beach is not...

Having previoulsy done S/C and AI in hotels in Spain, Kenya and the Canaries this was a pleasant surprise as it offers excellent AI service. Rooma are comfortable with everything you could wish for - however the lakehouse villas are vastly superior in terms of accomadationa and an ideal location with own private pool and allocated sunbeds. As stated in...
