Mr. Mustafa was a very good chef for omlette. He and his wife were very hospitable. It was a very good relaxing holiday. The location of the pension is very good. It is very close to the beach. Thank you.

Found this place somewhat by accident in the old town. We were staying a fair distance away but after eating there on our second night in Side we found it hard to stay away. The couple who run it, Mustafa and Michelle were so attentive to our requirements and very good company too. The prices there were extremely moderate too....

I am at the moment sitting in the peaceful garden of tha Akansya hotel having breakfast in the shade. This is a perfect retreat. The owners Mustafa and Michelle are such lovely honest people and their food is not only tasty and freshly cooked but very reasonably priced too. The rooms are basic but so so clean. The beds are...

Mustapha & Michelle go out of their way to make you welcome. The Ritz it is not, but home from home it certainly is. Food is simple and excellent and breakfast really sets you up for the day. Position within 50 yards of beach is very good but being one road back from front makes it quieter and sheltered when...

Although we stayed at a nearby pension we visited Michelle & Mustafa's peaceful garden cafe for refreshments & Mustafa's very special pancakes on several occasions. . Small traditional pension very clean & well-maintained. Lovely quiet location in Antik Side only 2 mins walk from East beach. Airconditioned rooms double/twin, suitable for couples - no space to add child's bed. Rooms...

Akasya hotel is a small family run pension in side historical centre. Small rooms at first floor, no elevator, tiny bathroom, basic stuff. Still cleaning is fine, air conditioning works well, you get good and silent sleep. Mustafa and Michelle are super kind and will do their best to help you and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Also,...

Mustafa and Michelle are very friendly, relaxed and hospitable people. The food is delicious and not expensive. Together with the other guests we've had a wonderful time there! Very nice and cosy place and...

If you like all-inclusive hotels in big shiny hotels then Akasya isn't for you. But if you like places with real character run by real people, with spotless rooms and first class food you can't go wrong. Akasya is a wonderful little haven bang in the middle of ancient Side. We'll be back next year.

What a good hotel this is. Rooms are basic but very clean. Mustafa and Michelle must be the hardest working people in Asia Minor but never fail to be helpful and hospitable. Good breakfasts, excellent evening meals and tasty cakes. The Akasya is minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved it.

Our stay in September at this hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean, the food delicious, hospitality second to none. You have freedom to come and go as you please. This hotel is really good value and we highly recommend it. Would love to go and stay there again.
