Recently came back from Adalya Artside and have to say this was the best holiday we have had as a family. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were warmly greeted by reception and were taken up to our rooms by a helpful porter. We were even offered food as the main sultan restaurant is open but we decided to go straight to sleep. Our room was a family interconnecting room and was lovely we had two bedrooms , two bathrooms and beautiful views of the pool. The interconnecting rooms were great as you have a main door to enter before going into the two bedrooms so there was an element of privacy if people were walking by. The rooms were cleaned well and on some days we had the towels decorated which was a nice touch. Now onto the food … WOW every day there was something to try. Breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked omelettes. our youngest is a bit of a fussy eater but even she enjoyed the food and the little kids buffet. The Mexican night was probably our favourite and every night the bbq section outside was delicious. Of course some dishes were repeated daily but there’s so much to choose from that for us we didn’t get bored. Also the baklava was the best we have ever tasted. The gozlemes made freshly made ween 11-3 were to die for and we loved having these as a little pool snack. Also around 4pm a surprise treat would appear by the main pool usually consisting of freshly fried treats but also fruits and chocolate fountains. There was also activities going on throughout the day including pool activities ( tip take a pic of schedule in main lift at reception) as well as archery and kids shows behind the kids slides.
If you want to venture far afield, take a dolmus 15 lira one way outside for Mangavat (Market Monday/ Thursday); Novamall or Old Town. For the Mall, make sure you take the one where it is listed otherwise the driver will drop you short and you will need to walk for 20 minutes.
Although this is mainly a German resort, the hotel has partnered with Jet2 and while we were there we saw lots of Brits so can see this becoming a popular destination in the next few years. We did at times struggle communicating with some workers especially during dinner when ordering drinks so there is a language barrier but you get over it and basic phrases can be understood. Another downside is the Wi-Fi which is not great and only works well in certain areas of the hotel (lobby , main restaurant).
Special mentions to Azekhan who would be working in the main restaurant and lobby bar he was so helpful and hardworking. Also Sukran the cleaner at breakfast , from the day we got there she greeted us and would always make an effort to acknowledge us with a smile every morning throughout our stay which we found so nice especially as she couldn’t speak English. Thank you Adalya we had the best time and will be recommending to our friends and family ❤️

It’s a beautiful amazing place with absolutely stunningly friendly people who help you every single step of the way I am planning to stay again very soon and I haven’t even left as it’s my final day as I’m writing this. Some of the shows are a bit inappropriate for children but other than that the communication and overall people 10/10 the sun is 10/10 the food is 10/10 try everything as some things may be off putting visually but the aroma and taste is stunning the service is 100/10 they always ask if you want a drink always smiling even if they don’t understand your language they try their best All the chefs always smiling and checking their stations which in England they never do. The cleanliness is absolutely astonishing 100/10 pool cleaned daily everywhere washed down waiters consistently cleaning tables and resetting them for more people and always washing pots and glasses behind the bar. The receptionists will help you whenever is possible and whenever they can we are having a late checkout which would normally cost €60 but we got it free same with the paid wifi they properly look after everyone and I am going to leave a good tip for them as they are so lovely. The pool bar cooks the most amazing hamburgers and will always have food ready to go for you whenever possible. I literally have nothing bad to say about this lovely and wonderful hotel.
P.s. if you would like to shop there is a literal shopping centre downstairs with amazing places go to the bag place as he is the most loveliest man in the world and very patient with you. There is a gym and sauna for free and a packaged Turkish bath if needed and wanted and milkshake/smoothie place for €3 per drink and a rented shisha for €14 with free cube refills all night long. The maids are always lovely and leave wonderful patterns on your bed we tipped them so many times throughout our stay.
I’m pretty sure I have mentioned absolutely everything overall if you can’t enjoy this place there is something genuinely wrong with you then you shouldn’t come to turkey try Spain or something along them lines.
Hotel managers I can’t remember ones name but he works his socks off so thank you so much, mehmet the masseuse amazing, Sam and all the animation team we love you all and will be great to see you again.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at adalya Artside and what a 2 week holiday we had. We were welcomed straight away from the start. The pool is massive our 2 boys loved the four waterslides and you could sit on the sunloungers and watch them at ease. The food was good quality only downside was it got repetitive on week 2 but there are loads of steak kebab and food places to eat in a five minute walking distance from the hotel. There is even a mcdonalds up the road. Icecream and waffles served all day long around the pool and there was always food served by the poolbar and the pizzas were the best ive tasted. Very very clean hotel staff were always cleaning all day long and our room was always cleaned daily to a high standard. The minibar in our room was always restocked daily. The kids loved the indoor pool aswell as the games centre which had a bowling alley pool tables games machines and even a ps5 and an xbox so they were in their glory. The animation team especially joseph max and samantha were the best we have ever seen they made us so welcome talked to us daily and we have never laughed so much as they were so funny to watch and they made you feel included in every activity they did and never once forced you to do anything you didnt want. Josephs aqua gym was the best fun ever and maxs handstands were great to watch. We also liked the dances they did arou d the pool daily these guys made our holiday. Sunbeds were a bit of a pain but you just get on with it but all in all it was a great holiday had by us all. P. S a little tip try the shops in the hotel first for trainers bags and clothes as you find they are cheaper than the shops outside of the hotel if you barta them down a little. On arrival we got the hotel at around 1/2am the check in was very quick and we were shown to our rooms with in 20 minutes of getting their, we were told the restaurant was open if we wanted to get something to eat which we appreciated as we had a long day and were quite hungry.
The rooms were absolutely beautiful we had a 2 bedroom suite, both rooms were very spacious. The rooms were cleaned nearly every other day so we really couldn’t fault the maids and the overall cleanliness of the hotel it was immaculate.
The bar and waiters/waitress need quite a lot of improvement, the service of some of the bar staff was questionable but I’m gonna put the down to the language barrier as we were English and they often spoke to us in German. The waiters who go around asking for drinks and cleaning plates and glasses were all lovely and friendly. The only fault we had was sometimes the plates and glasses were dirty which was ideal.
The food was okay but definitely not catered towards English, we found that you’d have to go down for food as soon as the restaurants opened to get the variety of foods as they didn’t often replenish run out food but the restaurant was always so busy with not enough tables and if you were lucky enough to get one you were waiting ages for a waiter to come over for drinks.
Animation team was ok but there wasn’t much to do during the day apart from a few activities but even then we didn’t know they were happening as no one went around asking if we wanted to join in, the only time the guys spoke to us was to ask if we wanted to go clubbing. The only one who spoke to us regularly was halil who was the only one who spoke relatively good English.
We went out the hotel of a night a few times to eat and do some shopping and their was plenty of choice with loads of shops nearby. The beach was absolutely beautiful and only a 5 minute walk from the hotel and also had a snack bar provided by the hotel which was a lovely touch.
Overall we did enjoy the holiday as the pros outweighed the cons and I would recommend this hotel to people who want to visit adalya, amazing location with lots to do around the area, close to the beach and shops.
The only big issue we found was the language barrier as the majority of the people staying at this hotel were either German or Dutch so they were the main languages spoken, not many staff members spoke English so it was a little tricky.

We visited the Adalya Artside hotel 2 weeks ago. This hotel is amazing. The cleaners, bar staff, guest relations and reception pulled out all the stops to make it a memorable holiday. It has some beautiful features and the rooms are extremely comfortable and large. The minibar is stocked daily along with the cleaning of the room and towel changes. The sheets are changed regularly too. The food is quality with lots of variety for everyone. The beach bar has a good variable menu and the Donna kebabs are delicious and cooked fresh daily. A bonus is the savory pancakes prepared and cooked to order by two lovely ladies who work so hard in unbearable temperatures. Try out the ice cream with waffles. They're yummy! The gardeners work very hard to keep the gardens looking good. I have only one negative and that is the canopies on the beach don't really keep you cool in the heat of the day. I would prefer individual umbrellas as you get a better air flow. We attended a beach party one night. It was the best night ever with the hot air balloons seating area, the music, the dancers, the grafics and best of all the famous DJ. The staff also put on a barbaque for all its guests. What a night had by all! Also check out the adult entertainment at the amphitheatre, it really is a professional show. We have booked again for September for 2 weeks and are looking forward to it. Upon arriving, my family and I found the hotel to be quite grand. We got to the hotel around midnight and we’re offered food/drink, the guy on reception was very helpful and spoke great English, we were then taken to our rooms (we had a two bedrooms family room) this was two large fabulous room with it own little entrance.
Breakfast, is ‘ok’ but I never eat much for breakfast anyway and I think across Europe it’s very much the same. Although there were plenty of flies around the cheeses which after the third day put me off. Lunch, kids loved lunch time. Plenty on offer but it’s the same everyday especially the snack bar. The food in the main restaurant is good but starts to get repetitive. Dinner, we found the food to the same most days but there’s def something for everyone BUT nothing is really hot and sometimes you can tell the food has been sat there a while.
Entertainment, the animation team are more towards the German guests which is fine as it is Jet2’s first summer here BUT they walk around in German football shirts, we’re in Turkey, why not wear Turkish football shirts? Always greeted with Morgan (morning in German) I think this is something that should be addressed. Even to be greeted in Turkish would be great as, after all we are in Turkey not Germany!
The kids entertainment is good as far as I’m aware but our kids weren’t interested, they’d listen to the mini disco but wouldn’t join in as it was all Spoken German…
There was a particular day when there was fruit counter brought out around the pool with a chocolate fountain, looked spectacular until they lit sparklers and a firework 😳 the firework went right a cross the pool whilst there were kids, adults in the pool, how it didn’t hit anyone I’ll never know! Dangerous beyond belief! I will report this to Jet2 when home! The screaming and running that pursued was quite frightening!!
Cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10 they are ALWAYS cleaning but the rooms are hit and miss. Supposed to get fridge stocked up as we are inclusive plus but it doesn’t happen. Talking about inclusive plus, one of the bars had international drinks that’s included in the deal but they were always out of stock! I don’t understand why we can’t get these international drinks at all the bars…
Overall the holiday has been fabulous but Jet2 do need to address a few things, is it 5* no but jet2 don’t portray that either, it’s 4* but only just I’d say with lots to work on. Please don’t get me wrong, the staff are wonderful but from what some reviewers class as ignorance in the staff is just the language barrier but as I’ve said earlier, we’re in Turkey we shouldn’t expect people to talk English or maybe we should be learning Turkish when coming over. I’m sure it’ll be different next year.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel. Don’t take any notice of the negative reviews, the hotel upon entry is very grand and staff welcoming, was allocated a room with 10 minutes, upon arrival at the room we we’re really happy with the size of the room enough space for a family, showers could yo with being raised up, and upgrades to a power shower, but wasn’t a problem.
Beds were made up every day and main service was brilliant, mini fridge stocked up well daily.
Food - there is something for absolutely everyone. From daily buffet, to pool bar food and freshly made pizzas, also the food down at the beach bar was amazing. An option for one al la carte could be raised up to two or more, but the buffet was amazing and fresh, also option of bbq food in the main restaurant and fresh pasta dishes every night made to order from the bbq area (pasta is a must)
Drinks were ok, but cocktails were good. My husband enjoyed the effes.
Shisha bar is a nice chilliaxing option to purchase extra :)
We couldn’t fault this hotel one bit, we really enjoyed our stay.

just returned from a weeks holiday and after reading bad reviews on food and staff i wasnt feeling to great about going, but we went and booked with jet2 so we was ultra inclusive...the hotel is beautiful with a great grand entrance, rooms were cleaned every day and the maid was lovely. food was on constantly and wasnt cold at all, yes sometimes we didnt know what things where as it wasnt fully labelled but i dont think thats i big issue tbh the staff were very friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. i went with my partner and 4 children (2 very fussy with food but always found a good selection to eat). the beach is a 5min walk away and has its own beach bar where food and drink are available if all inc which was a bonus for us as never had that before!!!
The local town is a 10 min bus drive which was 15tlr each and never had to wait more than 5 mins for one which stops right outside the hotel.
yes the sun loungers where full a few days but if u get down early enough u will get one!! the entertainment for the kids was fantastic and there was also something going on during the day for adults too, the evening entertainment, they had singers and diff dancers which was also fantastic too.
overall i would totally recommend staying here and would come again. go and have a great holiday..

This hotel for the price is very good. I read the previous bad reviews and was a little worried however my stay here with my family (5 year old and 2 year old) was amazing. The pool was huge and clean. The hotel was constantly cleaned and including the rooms. The food is a little repetitive but we had some evenings out of the hotel to change it up. There are shops and malls a short walk away and the eversenki bus (right outside the hotel) only charges around £2 for 4 people to take you into Side. I would recommend having some liras as the price in € is more. The staff do speak more German than English but they always tried their hardest. I think if you are travelling to a country expecting everyone to speak perfect English you might as well stay in the UK. Huge thank you to Emine at reception. She was very nice and helped us a lot. One tip if you are travelling with Jet2holidays and have a late flight back you can stay in your room for longer free of charge (normally around €60) for other guest. This is providing the room is available on the day of check out. Overall a good holiday with nice friendly people.

Spent 10 days at this hotel. Staff work extremely hard catering to your needs. Variety of food in main restaurant . Reception team very welcoming . Bar staff are quick to serve . Cleaners work very hard and rooms are kept clean and fridges filled daily. Beach is a 5 minute walk with a beach bar attached . Daily entertainment going on. Entitled to a free a la carte meal per week book it quickly or you miss out. There is pool side drink service a man on skates comes to take and deliver your drinks order. Snack bars also have a variety of food. The I cream waffle bar is well needed after basking in the sun. Home made waffles are to die for!! Only negative comment I can make is the games room isn’t free. You have to pay to play. The vitamin drink cocktail bar isn’t free. They charge 4 euros per drink as well. Got a bus into the mangavet market. Only cost 1 euro per person. The market was full of the usual good quality knock off gear!! Lots of hasseling to enter their shop or market to buy something so be prepared to say no Thankyou a lot lol Lots of stray cats and dogs that are very friendly and have food stations dotted around to feed them. Loved the fact the locals look out for the strays . The shops inside the hotel consist of a hairdressers jewellers bric Brac supermarket and clothes/bag shop. There is a tattoo stand here as well and offer free pick up and drop off if wanting a tattoo in their shop Think I’ve about covered the artside hotel 👍
