We loved this hotel.great position, out of town but. walkable , with lovely view of bay. Staff really friendly and welcoming, happy atmosphere. Brilliant breakfast in lovely shaded terrace. Room good size with balcony side view to sea, nicely equipped, beds comfortable. This is not an anonymous chain hotel but one with character and personality.

It was a big disappointment to experience and observe the failure of the 'new management' after having had a great stay a few years back. We booked a room with full sea view and were confirmed in writing and verbally but were put in a room right across the roof of the next apartment building. The manager said it was... More

We spent five nights at the hotel and stayed in one of the rooms on the second floor which had a balcony and a nice view of Ayvalık and Cunda. The owners of the hotel were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was OK, but do not expect much variety. You need to ask for a cup or instant coffee from... More

We had read positive reviews of this hotel on web sites and guide books and expected it to be an enjoyable experience. We were delighted by the hospitality and the facility. My wife and I were joined by my brother and sister-in-law on a Rick Steves tour of The Best of Turkey. We chose Ayvalik as a place to unwind... More

Our two day stay, we wish it was longer, was in a second floor room with a balcony. Lovely view over the bay and city, lovely staff, breakfast as good as you'll find anywhere in Turkey. Picturesque walk to town. Cunda, across the bay (dolmush or summer ferry - we had a car but why drive when public transport is... More

Lovely home feeling, breakfast on the lawn was great, watch out for the attack duck!!! The uphill walk from the town is still worth it. Loved the grape vine on the balconey, yum yum. Our room was great, nice bed and plenty of room, kitchen and shower.
