Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The first night I arrived late, around 11:00 PM, the hotel had complimentary airport transfer. I was given a room on the top floor overlooking the harbor (room 501) and nothing worked. It was a hot and humid night and the air condition did not work. I wanted to call the reception to ask how to work it and the phone did not work, the wires going to the phone jack were broken. I had to go downstairs to the reception to ask. The receptionist came up and checked and confirmed that the air condition and the phone were not working. I was stuck with that room that night. I tried opening the window but the music was so loud it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small, one could hardly turn around. My room was changed to 403 the next day and everything was in working condition but the noise is incredibly loud. There is a fishing boat in front the hotel and the people inside play music nonstop until 4:00 am and the bar next door is also playing loud music until late hours. People are partying in front of the hotel on the street and they have their own music. The last day the elevator was not working and I had to climb 5 stories (4+ WC floor) on foot. The hotel does not have a room price list in nowhere in the open. On the positive side, the staff is great very polite and helpful and they have a nice Turkish breakfast.

The location and view are great, yes, however the free parking is about 500m away so either you have to block the street unload your luggage or you have to carry it. The room was a decent size with a nice sea view however there was one small bedcover/blanket that is definitely not comfortable for 2. Bathroom door wouldn't close properly and be careful if you're tall- shower stall is really quite low. All that can be bearable if it wasn't for the AC that made noise and did nothing else. Room felt like a sauna as it was 30+ degrees outside. Staff did nothing to help and after the 3rd trip to the reception where we got a "sorry" and shrugged shoulders we gave up, tried opening the windows but the street by the water is full of bars and restaurants and was very noisy so we had to deal with a sauna of room. We didn't stay to try the breakfast as we had little sleep and wanted to get out of there. Would not recommend until they fix the AC and their attitude;

I lived in Çanakkale for a year as an English teacher. The city center is probably the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Those were, to date, the happiest days of my life. I finally went back to visit, and I stayed at the same hotel I had my visitors stay at when I was there. Hotel Limani is very comfortable, and the cafe is lovely. The breakfast is also awesome. Since I know I need one critique to make my review credible, I'll mention that the WiFi is a little slow. But, frankly, if you're in Çanakkale and using the WiFi, you should probably just go out to the Kordon and hit a cafe or two. Trust me, the whole place is amazing.

This was our 4th trip to Çanakkale and we have stayed at Limani hotel everytime. I highly recommend this hotel because the location is perfect as it is very close to the ferry, a walking distance to touristic places such as the Navel museum and Aynali Carsi,restaurants and cafes.If you choose seaview rooms the view is amazing. It is a cozy place and during every trip, the staff were friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The hotel staff helped us to directly book daily tours to visit must-see places in Çanakkale. Due to pandemic restaurant only serve breakfast but there are many restaurants around hotel you can choose. We will definitely be back soon.

Welcoming and found it stress free for someone travelling on their own. Would stay their again if the occasion arrived. Food was good and staff were accommodating. View from the hotel was awesome. The hotel is also situated where you can walk to other sights to be seen and other food outlets if what you want is not catered for at the Limani.

Two nights at this hotel prior to ANZAc tour. The good was welcome drink of your choice, small lift, big bright room on waterfront and clean enough. The negaives, we paid a premium price for the room so size and view as expected. Safe did not work, air conditioner provided little cooling, no water in room and the smallest shower I have ever used. The attached resteraunt was nice and breafast okay. Recetion tried to charge us twice for room even though we had pre paid and made little effort to resolve helpfully. Overall, rate higher if cost was less

When we got there, the taxi driver charged us more than usual which is 40 Lr from the airport to the hotel. It usually cost 20 Lr only. Thanks to the extremely helpful staff- Erdem. He assisted us so many staff, including communicated with the taxi driver and recommend the places down south. In addition, he helped us to book the bus from the hotel to Pamukkale and did the nice laundry service promptly. By the way, the location was extremely great. Have a nice sea view in the room. Walking distance to the small market, car ferry, sea restaurants. Best dinner restaurant in town as well.
